The staff were really friendly and took care of us really well. Our flight was delayed but our chauffeur waited at the arrival and picked us up. The place was great and the food was just too good. From the welcome tea, coffee, snacks to the grand dinner everything was well organised. There were other customers who came for the show and dinner so we were skipped the camel ride at night but took it in the morning. All the entertainments like Henna, Shisha, Tanoura, Khaleeji Dance & Fire show will keep you occupied all day. The morning breakfast was a delight. Overall a great experience!

We enjoyed the relaxing vibe. We could watch the sunset for a second time from the Tower. The dinner and breakfast was very delicious. We also enjoyed the acrobatic show. The staff was very friendly.

The villa was fantastic! It was modern, luxurious, and well-equipped with comfortable beds, stylish furniture, a BBQ, a fireplace, and a small waterfall outside. The host was very responsive and helpful. The community pool was excellent and never crowded, and the community centre with a grocery store and restaurants was just a 3-minute drive away. The free waterpark for residents, only 10 minutes away, was a great addition!

The villa is very spacious and cozy place, perfect for a staycation. It is less than an hour away from the city and easily accessible. Everything was just as the images.The host was helpful in terms of fast response and sending clear directions to the property. There is a property manager there on site slightly away from the villa that helped us with our check in which was smooth and straight forward. We were 10 adults and it was perfect for what we were looking for - big common area and sofa to sit together. Definitely a fun and relaxing stay!

I was very impressed with this hotel - it looked brand new and was exactly as pictured. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the restaurant was surprisingly affordable for Dubai, with delicious food and attentive service. Any issues I had were quickly and personally addressed, especially by Pooja at reception, who was polite and efficient in resolving everything. In fact, I was so happy with my stay that I ended up extending it by another 10 days!

The food (buffet breakfast) was always great. Staff at the restaurant were very friendly and helpful, particularly Ola and Adnan. Very clean and well organised room. I never for once even asked for anything in my room. Everything I needed would be in place without me asking. From welcome gift to water, tea, towels, linens, toiletries etc. In fact, I always come back to meet my room neatly cleaned, thanks to Dawood. The hotel is well secured and in a serene area with little to no surrounding noise. Receptionists and security personnel always at post and were very helpful too. I love Pyramisa Hotel Apartments in Dubai. And oh! I almost forgot to mention the nice and sweet perfumery smell in the towels, bed sheets and my room.
