I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I felt very relaxed during my time there. The staff were so friendly and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. The food was tasty and of good quality, with plenty of options to choose from. I love this property and this is my second visit ! Can honestly call this home away from home I’ve enjoyed this property both as a solo traveller as well as travelling with family . I’m particularly pleased because of the excellent service I was given and extra attention given to me by duty Manager Mr Islem and Miss Liezel who were kind enough to offer me a complimentary early check inn at 6am. This gesture really confirmed why this establishment is a 10/10. I also love that it’s well priced and offers great value for money without compromising on luxury as this is a five star property. Very tasteful very mindful and Very Very Demure !! Always exceeds my expectations and within close proximity to the Dubai mall.

"My stay at The Lana Hotel in Dubai was amazing in every way! Everything was 10 out of 10. The staff was exceptional, always friendly and helpful. Their smiles were always present, and they were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. When I informed them before arriving that I was celebrating my 15th wedding anniversary, they upgraded our room as a lovely surprise! They also provided us with a cake and balloons in our room. The pool area was fantastic, offering a panoramic view of the Burj Khalifa and all of Dubai. As for the food, the staff by the pool was great and the food was delicious. The only downside was the limited dinner options in the half-board package we had booked. However, when we informed them that we wouldn't be dining there, they offered us an alternative and arranged for us to dine at a nearby Michelin-starred restaurant called 'JAR.' I highly recommend staying here!"

Staff was friendly and gave us late check out for free. facilities are nice and clean, we had to shower in the pool area before our flight and it was all good and clean, shower gel and body lotion smells so nice! breakfast was also nice and had plenty of options. overall very good experience.

We really liked what job a man for cleaning our room did daily. He was really good with the cleaning, but also very nice person always asking us how we are and always adjusting cleaning schedule to our needs. We didn't remember his name but he did cleaning of our room since last Sunday until Thursday (room 507). The man on reception AMR was also very nice.

Very clean city, lots to see and enjoy for all kind of travelers. Trip to Aby Dhabi and to the desert for 4WD and buggy ride where high light on our trip. Modern art museum recommended, Dubai Frame as well. Burj Khalifa long waiting (3h) in a que to the observation deck, in our opinion - waist of a time! Ski Dubai - Funny place

This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai.

This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai. The apartment is beautiful, with a comfortable bed, a nice high desk to work from, plenty of room in the cupboards, a great kitchen and bathroom. Host was extremely helpful and communicative, an excellent host. The parking is easy and covered. The pool is beautiful, with very comfortable sun lounges, perfect to relax after a long day at work. I will definitely book this place again.

Great camp with the BEST staff.

Great camp with the BEST staff. They tend to your needs around the clock. My only drawback is the restroom situation. The toilet and shower is in one very small stall. Had to hang change of clothes in different stall to keep the shower from wetting them. Another drawback is COLD showers. No hot water at all even after letting it run for some time. My husband caught a slight cold because the desert gets cool in the evening, and the walk back to the tent from the cold shower did him in. Also on my booking confirmation , it said there would be a bidet in the tent. There was not one, but I think that is best. Not mad about that at all. On a good note, we really enjoyed the dishes we were served with such great variety. The entertainment was nice. We booked for two nights, but one night is more than enough. I would definitely recommend this camp to anyone wanting a different Dubai experience.

Very glamorous city. Clean and safe.

Very glamorous city. Clean and safe. People are very friendly. Beside fancy restaurants you should also try streetfood. Definately visit Aquaventure water park but beside regular ticket biy fast track also.

I was amazed by the view of city, especially the skyscrapers...

I was amazed by the view of city, especially the skyscrapers! Modern metro with all the amenities. Quite a lot of malls, most of them at metro stations. Quality buses, both intracity and intercity. Memorable landmarks such as Ain Dubai, Dubai Frame, Museum of Future, Miracle Garden and others. I am not a fan of beach holidays, so I cannot say anything about them :) I mostly like walking around the city.
