I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure every need was met. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable, which added to the overall comfort. The meals were outstanding, especially the beef bacon, which was perfectly cooked and delicious. Fantastic Chef in the restaurant. The reception team were excellent in communication, professional and helpful. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel. Oh almost forgot, super delicious coffee.

The hotel's décor is stunning, and the signature scent throughout the property adds an extra touch of luxury. Our room had an unbelievable view truly breathtaking. Housekeeping services were impeccable, with great attention to detail. The swimming pool area is a highlight, with multiple lifeguards ensuring a safe and relaxing environment. Breakfast was another standout experience. Special thanks to the chef and all the waitstaff for their excellent service and delicious offerings. Although I met only one member of the management team, it's clear that the entire leadership works hard behind the scenes to deliver exceptional results. I read previous reviews about the hotel and was a bit worried. However, I can assure you that as of May 7, the room was immaculate! Everything seemed brand new, as if it was recently remodeled. The air conditioner was strong and the room was quiet. I was also especially impressed by the club downstairs. The drinks were average priced for a club, and it was filled with many beautiful, single women who were very friendly and from various countries. The cafe also had some very tasty food which you can either eat downstairs or order it to your room. Finally, there is a small store next door for any last minute needs. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again myself!

We had a wonderful stay from the moment we arrived till we checked out. All the staff from ballet parking, housekeeping, waiters and reception are incredibly helpful and polite. A special mention to Torres at the reception who was kind enough to have upgraded our room to premier suite and allowed us for the late check out as gift to my husband who’s celebrating his 50th birthday. He mentioned about complimentary gold coffee which we didn’t get but it’s not a big deal, and will not negatively affect the wonderful experience we had in the hotel.

I was also very pleased with the room upgrade, which came with a much better view. The restaurant is another highlight – I truly enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Overall, I am very satisfied and would be happy to stay here again.

This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai.

This is one of the best places I stayed in Dubai. The apartment is beautiful, with a comfortable bed, a nice high desk to work from, plenty of room in the cupboards, a great kitchen and bathroom. Host was extremely helpful and communicative, an excellent host. The parking is easy and covered. The pool is beautiful, with very comfortable sun lounges, perfect to relax after a long day at work. I will definitely book this place again.

Great camp with the BEST staff.

Great camp with the BEST staff. They tend to your needs around the clock. My only drawback is the restroom situation. The toilet and shower is in one very small stall. Had to hang change of clothes in different stall to keep the shower from wetting them. Another drawback is COLD showers. No hot water at all even after letting it run for some time. My husband caught a slight cold because the desert gets cool in the evening, and the walk back to the tent from the cold shower did him in. Also on my booking confirmation , it said there would be a bidet in the tent. There was not one, but I think that is best. Not mad about that at all. On a good note, we really enjoyed the dishes we were served with such great variety. The entertainment was nice. We booked for two nights, but one night is more than enough. I would definitely recommend this camp to anyone wanting a different Dubai experience.

Everyone knows about Dubai: Great hotels, lovely restaurants, bars and hospitality. Huge range of shopping, albeit more expensive than the UK. However even in November it was still 31 degrees, and the constant building work, traffic and lack of wind means a permanent haze of pollution over the city. Will the building ever stop? On current signs, no. Unless you like sitting on a beach, 3 days is probably the perfect length of stay.

I go 4 times per year on business. JBR is a great place to stay if you like to walk to restaurants. It's close to the beach and a good place to base yourself for a vacation. Easy to travel for there.
