The location was fantastic. We booked a chalet that had direct access to the pool. The pool was so refreshing after a long day. The food was reasonably priced and so tasty. Highly recommend the prawns. The staff were exceptional. We went for my mam’s birthday and they upgraded our room, gave us a free fruit platter and delivered a dessert to our room that night. The staffs service was exceptional specially the beginning of the front office Jamie till the room service given by Peter was really good. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked the walk in shower and the generous range of toiletries. The room is located next to a small mall which has excellent shops; we got a lot of good buys there. There is an amazing fish restaurant close by. The pool is large and clean and the pool staff attentive. We had a good meal in the restaurant on the first night and again the staff were lovely. The valet parking was very efficient despite being very busy on a hot day. I would stay here again.

Great experience, helpful staff, especially the camel caretaker who also helped with heavy luggage. Camel ride in the desert dunes is a must, we were impressed even though we had done several camel rides in other countries. Dinner show also great. Pool. Value for money.
