Very clean hotel , the policy of hotel makes you feel home , very special thanks to Husam Amer from reservation, for his politeness and professionalism, thanks also for Nour , Zainab from the front desk. The hotel is really very cozy and very near to the private beach , you don’t have to walk more than 30 m to get in the sea , and that was very important because the weather is very hot . The hotel has a very nice perfumed air refresher system were you will enjoy a very nice smell from the moment you get to the hotel tell you leave . Thank you ROVE hotel and Emar company, your hotel is better than a 5 stars hotel in the same area that I spend in just one night and then went out to ROVE

The location was fantastic. We booked a chalet that had direct access to the pool. The pool was so refreshing after a long day. The food was reasonably priced and so tasty. Highly recommend the prawns. The staff were exceptional. We went for my mam’s birthday and they upgraded our room, gave us a free fruit platter and delivered a dessert to our room that night. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked the walk in shower and the generous range of toiletries. The room is located next to a small mall which has excellent shops; we got a lot of good buys there. There is an amazing fish restaurant close by. The pool is large and clean and the pool staff attentive. We had a good meal in the restaurant on the first night and again the staff were lovely. The valet parking was very efficient despite being very busy on a hot day. I would stay here again.
