I had a great stay at Rove RAK Island. The hotel is modern, clean, and very quiet – perfect for relaxing. I really enjoyed the food, especially the fresh options and good variety. The venue has a cool, laid-back atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. Definitely a place I’d come back to!

I went with my two boys and we had a fabulous time. The location is superb— beautiful environment and very quiet. The cabins are simple but comfortable and include a shower and toilet. If you go in recognising that it’s not a four star hotel, but rather a very comfortable camping experience then you’ll have a fabulous time (i.e the water gets trucked in, rather than piped, so don’t expect a high-pressure shower). But it’s important to thoroughly read all the emails that are sent in advance to avoid being disappointed because you do need to bring either your own food or pre-order food 48 hours ahead. We were fine with that and stocked up on the way. Charcoal and firelighters were available on site from the shop between 9-6 pm

It is a great break from the city, quiet, great for a family. The chalet is clean, well kept. We were in the two bedroom, there’s work going on to build a jacuzzi so we will certainly be back. The three bedroom has a jacuzzi. There’s a grill by the pool so the family can hang out and eat at the same time. The pool is a great big size, is temperature controlled and clean. The pool is completely private. There are plants surrounding the outside lining of the wall with beautiful flowers and if you get lucky you can see some rare birds too. There’s different outdoor furniture for you to sit and relax on. Indoors the kitchen and electronics are new, great quality. The TV is the new Samsung high def model, you can hook up your Netflix or Amazon prime account and enjoy. Bathrooms have clean towels, soap, hand wash, and shampoo. kitchen has utensils and a large fridge. It is very close to the mall if you want to drive to shop. Shaded parking is available outside.

Very good location next to the Corniche walking area. Room is very spacious and the bed is comfortable. Also has a balcony which has nice aerial view of the mangroves on one end and buildings on the other. Friendly and hospitable staff as well. Definitely recommend if you’re spending a few days in RAK. Certainly worth the price.
