It was very luxorius! Facilities were great and there was all sorts of entertainment opportunities within the property. The staff were very very polite and helpful. Witnessed it first hand during our stay when we had a situation and the staff was very helpful and accomodating. The suite was very large, had a large bathtub in the middle of the room and with a view over the Vlora bay. It was quite nice! Balcony was very nice and the area around was very calm and quiet, though it’s worth mentioning that we were there in the off season! The spa was very nice as well! Not super large, but had all you’d expect a spa to have, and it had a variety of treatments a few if which we used and were pretty satisfied with.

Ohhhh i cannot overemphasise yatch hotel. Jezzzzzzzzzzz it beats my expectation i didn’t want to leave the room. It was opposite the beach i could hear the waves, watch the sunrise, and not far away from the city centre. There was a lot of site seeing their staff recommended to us, and we loved it. Let’s not start with the platter breakfast, we were stuffed. Or the exceptional staff they have!!! From sinma the receptionist( i hope i get it right), and other first floor staff, to the restaurant staff (Makila, Anna) etc. they were so great, very interacting and warm. We felt so safe as black travelers, they treated us with so much love and smiling faces!. Indeed customer experience is all that matters when it comes to product and services. And i tell you for free yatch hotel exceeds all of it. I’m definitely coming back for a longer stay.

    Everything was perfect! The staff and service were absolutely top-class – they helped us with everything, and we felt truly welcome. The room was luxurious and beautifully decorated, the bed was incredibly comfortable, as were the pillows and blankets. The shower and bathroom were stunning and felt high-quality. We even had two balconies, which was amazing – with beautiful views of the sea and the main street. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the whole room was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was heavenly delicious, with so many tasty options – truly one of the highlights of our trip! We also had free parking in the hotel’s covered parking area, which was a huge plus. The location was excellent – restaurants all around, the beach within walking distance, and shops right next door. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to absolutely everyone! ❤️

    The hotel has some of the most gorgeous sea view I have ever seen. The sunset over the islands, golden hues and the glistening waters. The room was large and sound proof as we did not hear any noise from the hotel bar just beside it. The staff were nice and polite, there is no beach access but a few minutes drive is a stretch of lovely beaches. The bed was comfortable, great satellite tv, plenty of English channels and Netflix free. Daily room service and bottle of waters as the weather can be very hot in the summer. The bar has a picturesque view, sunset drinks and a party vibe. Amazing hotel for its price and we highly recommend.

    Very satisfied by the stay at Napolon Complex. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Clean rooms, and great facilities. The price is really good, compared to similar places. And you will enjoy traditional albanian breakfast, which is very good. There are some downhill steps to reach the beach, but thats not a problem. It just stops you from gaining weight, while on holidays. Would highly recommend it :)

    They gave us a free upgrade as it was our honeymoon. Thank you very much. We enjoyed our stay The beach is very nice, the hotel had free beach chairs that you can use. It’s really a private beach for hotel guests mainly. You can order drinks and pizza whilst sunbathing on the beach. Great cocktails. Very good restaurant with affordable prices and premium food. We will definitely be back

    There are many restaurants and bars offering a large variety of food and drink choices. The area around the promenade very clean and easy to walk along. Lovely views across the bay towards Corfu. Sellers selling their wares on the promenade during the day, mainly in the evenings without the hassling of buying from them. Plenty of excursions also on offer either land or sea trips.

    Ksamil is emerging as a tourist destination & the centre of...

    Ksamil is emerging as a tourist destination & the centre of the town at least seems to have opted to cater for those who prefer loud music / water activities on the beaches. That said, there is a good selection of bars & restaurants both in the centre of the town and on the main road into it. The hotel in which we stayed (Area Hotel) was excellent. Public transport is ok - there is a bus every 30 mins to Sarande or Butrint BUT it is packed & an experience in itself! Fares are 150 Lek (1.5 euro) each way. Taxis are available but cost approx 30 euro each way. Although card payment is accepted in most restaurants / hotels etc, it seems as though cash is king in Albania. Local currency (Lek) can be accessed once you're in the country by changing euro at one of the many exchanges.

    We absolutely love Vlora. The beach, the hotels, the restaurants, the food, the activities. This is why we go there very often. And in my opinion it has one of the best services in the whole country, perhaps even better than Tirana (the capital) itself.

    Himarë is the kind of place that captures your heart the...

    Himarë is the kind of place that captures your heart the moment you arrive. The town is small but full of charm, with a relaxed atmosphere and friendly locals. You’ll find everything you need: beaches, restaurants, little shops, and a touch of authentic Albanian hospitality. The beaches are truly the highlight. From the main Himarë beach along the promenade to the smaller coves near Prinos, the water is crystal clear and inviting. Street parking is free and accessible. For those who love exploring, having a car is a must—nearby treasures like Porto Palermo, Aquarium Beach, and Gjipe (which requires a short but rewarding 2 km hike) are absolutely worth it. Himarë has both the charm of a quiet village and the energy of a seaside town. You’ll enjoy fresh seafood, traditional Greek-Albanian dishes, and the simple pleasure of strolling along the corniche at sunset. It’s not overly touristy yet, which makes it feel authentic and special. The only thing I didn’t like? That our stay was too short! Two nights are not enough for Himarë: it deserves much more time to be discovered and enjoyed. And next time, I won’t leave without trying the famous Greek gyros at one of the local restaurants. Highly recommended to anyone who wants a mix of beautiful beaches, authentic culture, and a peaceful yet lively atmosphere. Himarë is definitely a destination to return to.

    The owner was very responsive.

    The owner was very responsive. The apartment had everything from kitchenware to WiFi ,free parking and quiet area. It is very close to Vlora city and Rradhima. The closest beach is 2-minutes driving, or 7-10 minutes waking.

    Qeparo is a charming little village with a lovely "shetitore" (promenade) perfect for evening walks along the beach. The village stretches along the coast, offering breathtaking views and crystal-clear waters, though you'll need to walk a few steps to reach the shore. We had no trouble finding a sunbed without reservations, and the food was delicious and fairly priced—highly recommend restaurants Poseidon and Te Stefi! The only downside was the lack of trash bins along the promenade, which left the walking path a bit messy. This is definitely an area that could be improved. Overall, a peaceful, beautiful spot with great food and friendly vibes.

    The owners seemed to make the effort to provide with help and assistance, despite the lack of quality in the aspects below. For the price you pay in high season which was 45 EUR per night, of course you don't expect luxury, but some basics should be in place: - 1st of all, the photos used in Booking.com were all from the 2nd building they manage, and don't correspond with the room booked at least on 50%. - the power plugs were a hazard to be aware(when you're travelling with a toddler). - the electric stove provided was almost at half meter height, a constant danger for toddlers. - the air con could be put on only by plugging in the plug and it was configured to the coldest temperature, very annoying to deal with it during the night. - hygiene could've improved: closet was dirty on the top, full of dust, the bathroom super-small. - when I asked for a sponge and dishwashing lotion, the owner told me that I was the 1st ever to ask for that. What? You put a kitchen.

    If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Hotel Amare in Palasë exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail was evident — everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The cleanliness was impeccable, and every corner of the hotel felt fresh and welcoming. The food? Absolutely delicious! Every meal was a highlight, showcasing fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. But what truly set this place apart was the hospitality. The owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our experience memorable. It’s rare to find a place that combines such high standards of service, comfort, and charm. Hotel Amare has become one of my absolute favorite places in Palasë. A hidden gem I can’t wait to return to. Highly, highly recommended!

    "I wouldn't recommend anyone, because I was stolen from and lied to. They wanted to pay for my shorts and even asked for my bank details, but they didn't transfer the money they intended to! This is all a lie, these people are fake!" This all happened to „Social Camping“ After I complained, someone contacted me and threatened me. See picture that i uploaded!!!
