Amazing friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is much nicer than the photos on booking.com. There is a nice sofa area, dining room and tables and chairs in the garden to relax with an amazing view over the mountains. Rooms are basic but this is the same everywhere in the region.

The hotel is close to both laguna torre and laguna de los tres hike. It is perfectly clean and i really appreciated the bath tub to unwind after a long day of hiking. But what truly sets it apart is the host. Juan is exceptionally thoughtful, kind, and full of wonderful recommendations. Always ready to help with anything you need. Their warmth and presence make this place feel truly special.
