The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always eager to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The breakfast offered a great selection, and the traditional dinners served at the in-house restaurant really added to the authentic alpine experience. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying the brand new sauna, a fantastic way to unwind after a day of hiking. We also had tons of fun trying out the German-style bowling (kegelbahn) in the basement - a unique and entertaining addition to the hotel's amenities. The hotel is perfectly located for anyone looking to explore the stunning surrounding mountains. I really liked the friendly staff, which was mostly Czech speaking, so it was a huge benefit for us. The hotel was very cozy and clean. In fact, we had only a double room, so we didn't expect any large space, where you could park your own Jumbo jet, and the hotel met our expectations. :D But we definitely couldn't complain about the space at all.
