Amazing place with wonderful view. Great communication with apartment owners. The key was prepared in a locked box, so we had no issues during the first entry. A fully equipped and modern kitchen fulfilled our expectations. 10/10 points :)

Lovely welcoming family run hotel, with good sized bedroom & superb Sauna, Steam Room & rest area. Breakfast was the best & good dinner in the adjacent Stübl but times were either 6.30 or 8pm, as seemingly all Serfaus restaurants. Extremely good location for ski lifts, Ubahn & bus stop from Landeck (regular service to train). Ski lockers at Bacher Sport, free to Hotel guests, large & v convenient. Excellent Ski Hire there too. In summary,loved it all, thank you Kirschner Family.

Extremely kind and helpful people at the reception desk. A lovely room, ideal for a couple traveling with a dog. An excellent indoor pool and spa facility. Very good breakfast with kind staff. The location was perfect for hiking in the beautiful mountains surrounding the villages of Fiss, Serfaus and Ladis.

Excellent hotel. The staff was super friendly, patient and attentive. The breakfast and dinner was so tasty. The hotel had a lovely sauna area and relaxation room. The hotel rooms were big and spacious. Would love to go again.
