The rooms were very clean, the furnitures, bathroom, windows, everything was high quality material. The rooms were very quiet, the beds are comfortable. The staff was very kind and flexible when we wanted to change the room, so that our rooms with the kids will be close to each other. The dinner was also delicious.

Quiet location, except for the 7am and 7pm church bells, the church is directly across the road. Breakfast was plentiful, with variety. Room was as advertised. Staff friendly, spoke English and gave great recommendations for local dinning. Lots of easy parking.

Amazing location, extremly nice service and great breakfast

Just 500 metres from the Bürgeralpe Ski Area, JUFA Hotel Erlaufsee is next to a sports centre 2 km from the centre of Mariazell. A spa area is available.

Location is exceptional, both Erlaufsee and Mariazell is a walk away (<2km), breakfast and dinner buffet are versatile, fresh, well rounded and fairly priced. All but one employee were exceptionallly kind, helpfull, invested in the client. Interior rooms were great, as well as exterior. Gym has modern and well rounded machines offer. Not cheapest hotel, but not overpriced for the above mentioned. Will come back again. Especially if any aktions appear :-)

Good location to explore Mariazell and its region. Well equipped hotel for fun with kids. Good food, helpful staff. Easy access, ample parking. Swimming pool and wellness section is really good and immaculate.

Very clean, very comfortable, very cute and instagrammable apartment! Once we had a trouble with WIFI, the host reacted very quickly. In less than one hour we got the WIFI back. We are very pleased with this. The apartment is located very central, near the cathedral, Bürgeralpe, and also near the bus station where we also did a day excursion to Gemeindealpe.
