It was a friendly hotel. It was nice to stay. Breakfast is also delicious. I used the hotel restaurant on the first day of arrival and the food was excellent. In particular, the beer was delicious. Among the Stiegl beers, the unfiltered draft beer was very delicious.

The room was spacious with a choice of places to sit. Very modern and contemporary in design. The staff were friendly. Dinner was very good indeed with a nice salad buffet and a choice of cheeses to finish. Breakfast was plentiful with a good choice. A convenient location for the ski slopes and only about 5 minutes off the motorway.

Great position, 5 minute by car to the glacier Kitzeinhorn, 10 minute from lake zel am see, fantastic thermal center so clean and organized, nice gym and swimming pools. Great breakfast , dinner not so good ( in italy we cook better..). One particular mention to Hannes the man who propose excursion so professional and kind. The bycicle tour of the valley and around lake for me and my son was unforgetteble !

Beautiful city, we visited for a weekend of Christmas Markets! Note: only cash accepted on the stalls ! Came away vowing to return in the spring. Plenty of restaurants, beautiful old town, lots to discover. We were only staying 2 nights so there’s still plenty of places for us to explore on a return visit, hopefully we will be able to link with a concert. Mozart is very prominent ! Mainly car free centre so lots of cobble street walking. Good shopping area, lots of hidden gems, little coffee shops, independent shops, in the narrow streets. Some restaurants seemed to be walk in only, no booking but that may have been just over the Xmas market season. We were 6 and managed well with a bit of queuing! We need to return to see the sights - the fortress looked great!

Still not yet stayed in the hotel I can put my comment after 25th of October 25 But so far mounting, Hotel Lewis in kaprun is corporate very nice. I looking forward to stay in this hotel & hope meet my satisfaction

Great location and view of the lake, but wished we had booked a room with a balcony and view. Room and facilities were very clean. A bit impersonal as there was no staff in the evening but overall great stay.

It is a residential town so not much atmosphere or amenities...

It is a residential town so not much atmosphere or amenities other than hotels. It suited us very well as it was very peaceful. Driving or taxi into Salzburg is the best option. Otherwise a bus or taxi to an out of town shopping centre plus a bus from there. We parked out the out of town shopping centre for dinner and got a parking ticket. It was not well advertised that we should have paid for parking. Nothing to do with the hotel but be warned!

Great restaurants, worth booking a table if you're in a larger group and they open later in the evening, like 5-6pm. Various menu options including vegan/vegetarian. On the slopes the bars are playing very loud music but serve quickly so you don't wait too long.

I loved Bad Gastein’s mix of Belle Époque elegance and wild mountain scenery. Mornings meant hiking and cable-car views; afternoons were for soaking in the thermal waters; evenings, cozy bars and great food. The waterfall running through town gives the whole place a dramatic energy. It felt like stepping back in time without losing modern comfort—truly a memorable stay.

Great authentic Austrian building with space to spare. Don't expect modern but this adds to the charm of the place. Property was well equipped with everything that we needed. Easy parking and access to the building. All conveniences close by or a short drive away. Stunning views from the balcony and all round great place to stay.

I've been visiting Bad Hofgastein for 12 years in the summer holiday, and with every visit it gets a bigger space in my heart. Plenty of memories, plenty of relaxation, plenty of beautiful and peaceful sceneries, and every year people are being nicer and sweeter. The town keeps developing and renovating that can be noticed in every visit.

The staff and hospitality, the effort they made to speak to me in English, they even brought me breakfast out to the patio, everyone else was inside the dining hall, I wanted to enjoy the nice fall weather, by the way the breakfast was easily worth $35.00

This was our second visit.

This was our second visit. We came for the Christmas Markets and met relatives from Germany. This is an easy city to get around in, the bus service it excellent. Most places had English speaking services.
