What an exceptionally beautiful, lovingly cared for and family-owned castle! We enjoyed our 2 days here very much, with lots of nice light hiking trails in the area during the day and delicious private wine tasting in the evening. Thanks a lot to the Almasy family for their hospitality.

The Panoramahof is a lovely family run hotel located on a hillside with beautiful views of the rolling countryside and within easy reach of the excellent Loipersdorf Thermal baths. The breakfast buffet offered a great range of options, most of which were home made (jams, cakes, juices etc), sourced from the family farm or from other local Austrian suppliers. We had visited the Panoramahof 20 years ago and it was a joy to return and to find out that it is still run by the same family and offering such friendly service, spotlessly clean rooms and a focus on the local environment.

The hotel is beautifully located, away from the roads. Comfortable large room equipped with everything you need. We did not have a coffee machine and kettle in our room. We asked for it at reception desk and it was brought to us in 5 minutes. Lovely balcony with a marvellous view of the Burgenland hills and fields. Breakfast and lunch exceeded all expectations! Huge selection of the best quality and natural products. Special thanks to the chefs! Excellent service. The dinners were absolutely delicious! The waiters are very attentive, served quickly and politely. Excellent huge territory with a variety of pools. All new, renovated. A lot of beds for rest. Excellent saunas with access to the pool area and sunbeds for outdoor relaxation. We liked everything! We will definitely go back there again. We would highly recommend this hotel!

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful location, perfect for a relaxing night with our family, including our baby. The hosts were incredibly friendly, providing us with everything we needed, including a crib for the little one. The room was spacious, airy, and spotlessly clean, offering plenty of space for us to feel comfortable. Both breakfast and dinner were exceptional, with delicious. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a quiet retreat with excellent hospitality

Plenty of room to park. Close to Therme Loipersdorf. Easy access to the room by stairs or elevator. Beautiful view. TV was easy to use. Huge shower for 2 people. Very comfortable bed. Meals in the restaurant were delicious.

We had travelled to Jennersdorf for a friend's 70th birthday...

We had travelled to Jennersdorf for a friend's 70th birthday celebrations so we were already familiar with the area and spent our time catching up with friends. Jennersdorf is a good base for exploring the southeast area of Austria which is pretty much unknown to British tourists. The area produces excellent white and red wines and there are plenty of vineyards to visit and sample the wares. There are also lots of castles to visit and thermal baths to enjoy. Jennerdorf lies very close to the Hungarian and Slovenian borders and it is easy to visit both countries.

What we liked is friendliness of staff and tidy rooms. What we didn't like is no clear idea what we could order for the 19 euro breakfast. We also did not like two single beds, two mattrases and two covers... in a room with "king size double bed" ( the receptionist blamed booking.com for wrong entry of beds) hmm

This is a truly feast for senses. Every effort is made to satisfy the customer, from breakfast, lunch and very special dinner service. Facilities in this hotel will satisfy everyone. The staff is just like a well tuned orchestra.

Jennersdorf and the area around Jennersdorf is nice, and I would like to go their again, but on another hotel. The weakness about the area is a lack of English speaking population - in general. Otherwise the food in the restaurants are good.
