I lived from 8/21/2024 to 9/3/2024 in apartment No. 301, consisting of two rooms, a hall, two bathrooms, and two balconies. The place is clean and the apartment has a wonderful view. I recommend visiting it.

Lovely room, lovely breakfast, stunning location and Christian the owner was brilliant. We used the Gasthof Schontal as a base for travelling to and from Kitzbuhel for a days skiing and the Hahnenkahm races. A half hour drive takes you to Kirchberg in Tyrol where there is free parking and a free shuttle train which takes you into Kitzbuhel itself. Perfect
