SingaporeThe place is so beautifully decorated. The fittings were luxurious, and it's very spacious and comfortable. Some may not like the open toilet concept, but it shouldn't be too much of an issue if you are travelling with your spouse/partner. The bathtub was huge and comfortable after a cold rainy day out exploring, and the bed was super comfortable. We loved the breakfast! Not a lot of selection but enough to keep you full and everything was delicious and homely.

New ZealandLovely hotel, we had 2 rooms both great, we paid extra for sea view rooms, a little disappointed with that as you couldnt really see the sea, just the road and a carpark and a glimse of the sea over that. Balcony wasnt very inviting either. Good toiletries provided in the bathroom and good selection of teas and drinks. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Thought there was going to be a place to get a buffet breakfast but could only find the pool side cafe area, but the breakfast was ok that we ordered, wouldnt eat there on an evening not that type of restaurant. Pool area was lovely with plenty of loungers and towels provided in our rooms.

We loved the place... on the way to Bimbi Park we saw already lots of Kangaroos and Wallabies also different birds and rabbits.
We went in the evening also to Melba Gully and we saw lots of Glow worms. That was magic!
Then we drove back and had a koala on the street close to the Bimbi Park. There was also a koala and a possum in the tree over our cottage! The kids were out half of the night!

Not far to shops and great to have had a stove top .
Would have loved an oven of some sort.
The barbeque was amazing also with a huge sink to assist a clean up .
Well worth the holiday and money spent .

The location is few kilometres away from Apollo Bay main street which makes it a super location for travellers who prefer a quiet location to stay. If you are lucky, you might able to see galaxy or star in the night. We saw some sheep outside the holiday park too.

Where to start.. we just spent a night and left the next morning, but it has absolutely everything you need. Cooking facilities, parking, heater, very warm and comfortable space. We really loved it. When we left in the morning we got to see a few kangaroos! ❤️

Stunning beaches and coastline. Fabulous walking tracks and an abundance of wildlife. Images restaurant do THE best chicken Kiev in the country. They also have an indulgent
selection of deserts. But most of all the staff are fabulous with a great fun & friendly attitude.
There are many activities to do for all ages.
Warrnambool is a photographers paradise.
What a mighty great part of the world.

My stay at Apollo bay was unfortunately marred with an accident the night before we came to Apollo Bay, my son-in-law fell in the bathroom, hitting his head quite badly, unfortunately the hospital close to them did not take his condition seriously, so on the drive to Apollo bay, he developed a severe headache and nausea, he went to the emergency but was told they didn’t have a CT scan machine, and told him he has to go to Geelong hospital, and as his injury seemed severe, they recommended he go immediately, this was at 11.30pm, but instead of arranging an ambulance for him, they discharged him and expected him to drive 2hrs with that injury at that time of night. Of course he couldn’t, not knowing they didn’t have any available, we went to the police station to request assistance but there wasn’t anyone in attendance there either, so we called 000, they said they would come in 50 minutes, after 2 hours, when no ambulance had arrived, we called back, they ended up sending a taxi. We were going to drive him, but the petrol station was closed and we didn’t have enough fuel to go all that way.
My son-in-law is okay, he has brain trauma that will take months to heal, according to the doctors at Geelong Hospital.
All in all, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience.
I do plan to go back one day but not sure when that can be now.

Port Campbell is a very small but very quaint town on a lovely harbor. Unfortunately the weather was very windy and cold the day we were there so we couldn't enjoy the beach, however we enjoyed the shops in the main street, offering the important things like coffee and food!

A friendly town with excellent restaurants and shops. The beach is so long you can always find an ideal spot. As UK visitors we appreciated the general feeling of space and the abundance of free parking. The town has a clean, fresh, new feel to it.

We enjoyed shopping and dining in the arra around Sackville Street. We met so many nice and helpful shop owners as well as patrons. Enjoyed the Mill for coffee, the Bottega Toscana for dinner and Pelicans Port for ice cream! Such a pleasant town with a perfect life/work balance.

Our hosts looked after us very well . We had a good choice for breakfast.

Overall, we had a great stay. The house was big, very spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The only minor issue was that the kitchen sink benchtop was a little high for shorter people, but aside from that, everything was excellent and we really enjoyed our time here.

This was one of the most beautiful and unusual locations I have stayed in. You won't find modern conveniences, which would ruin the authenticity of the experience. The beds are wonderful, the bathroom beautiful and the scenery is outstanding. If you have an artistic soul this property is for you. There are plenty of DVD's and games but the true entertainment is the surroundings, the serenity and the quiet. Don't miss the opportunity to remove yourself from the modern world and enjoy the views.
