The location was perfect for us. It was right next to the jetty where we could do our site seeing. Also was conveniently close to the shelter brewery, which meant we could have a few drinks in our room before going across the road for dinner, without the worry for uber! The room was gorgeous; everything from the decorations to the cleanliness to the layout!! Staff were super friendly and helpful, also very personable. I had called ahead of time to see if we could check in earlier and the lady at the desk was prompt to help. We could check in as early as 12! The pool facilities were great too.

Old style hotel, with a lot of character. You feel like back in the 30's with all the confort that you need. The rooms are big and confortable, the garden is amazing, the staff is courteous and professional. Highly recommended

I had an amazing time at this place! The staff was great, the facilities were spotless, and the breakfast had a lot of delicious options. The bath was really good, and I got to see a beautiful sunrise by the beach. It was a fantastic and memorable experience overall!

This was my first hotel in WA and it was great. The staff were friendly and helpful and the rooms were very clean.

Top notch amenities, very cozy and comfortable property. One of the best kitchen I've cooked in complete with high quality equipment like dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, cooker etc. Missus loved the washing machine and drier. :p Kids love the TV with endless programs. if we ever visit Busselton again, no doubt this will be our first choice.

It was the best stay I had during my Perth trip and you could tell the host really paid attention on all the small details to make sure we get all we need. I also like how small notes are provided all around the house to make sure we get to know things we might need to take note of. The house is cosy and clean, and it is conveniently located near the town and beach also.
