The staff at the reception was very kind and their kindness was honest. When we entered the room we were most pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, the sitting area, the led panel tv attached at the wall (one which worked as it should) and a fantastic bathroom. Outside a small pool and more facilities we did not use for the one night we spend at Sunnymead. Across the street a brewery/dinner place ad next door a Greek restaurant. If one should pass this hotel, don't do it. Stay for a night. You will not regret it. SUPER VALUE.

Our room was with a golf course view so it was quiet, we enjoyes wathcing stars from a balcony. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful giving many great advises what to see on Great ocean road. Free parking availiable. Beach in a walking distance.

The Staff was very friendly and warm. We played the Trivia and enjoyed it thoroughly! The happy hours from 5 to 6 pm are splendid! We used all the facilities:Tennis, Table tennis, gym, Gaming arcade, Indoor pool and our little one specially loved the outdoor hot pool!! The breakfast was included in our stay and was wonderful!! The Beach is right across the road. All in, it was a splendid stay!!! No negatives!

The staff were amazing specially the lady on the front desk I think she worked afternoons long sandy blondie hair - I didn not get her name sorry. All staff greeted you with a smile and willing to help if needed. Great for these days. Amazing rooms and great beds.
