Excellent location very helpful and efficient staff. Ali helped us out with my credit card situation. Ali was extremely helpful went out of the way to sort out my credit card situation. Also we checked out at 3 pm instead of 1. With no extra cost. Would definitely stay here every time i visit baku will also recommend this hotel for the beautiful baku city stay

Nice hotel, room is clean, good breakfast and location is 7min drive to Nizami street, 24hrs supermarket right next to the hotel. I was upgraded to a bigger room for free. All staff are amazing, special thanks goes to Sabine very helpful and supportive, also thanks to Samir, Nour, Suleiman, Rebecca and all the team. Highly recommended.

I have the best recommendations for this accommodation. Since we arrived, we were welcomed properly, the room is beautiful with the most comfortable bed. The breakfast served is perfect, with a wide selection and the friendliest staff serving it. We walked to the city center or used Bolt, so the accommodation is not far from all the main attractions. We have no complaints, and we have never experienced this level of service anywhere else as we have at your hotel. We will definitely come back to Baku someday and will choose this hotel again, which I warmly recommend to everyone. 🩷

The location, safe and close to key points, was convenient for us as we mostly walked around (the city is generally walkable), and our room was excellent. The staff were exceptionally friendly and always willing to help, making me feel truly welcome from the moment I arrived. The overall condition of the hotel was perfect — everything felt fresh, modern, and well cared for. Breakfast was perfect! Espacially the personnel who taking care of the breakfast (older one) was very kind, careful and helpful. All staff was smiling and doing their best for our comfort. We booked 3 rooms, all rooms were very clean. Beds were comfortable. I will choose them if i will stay one more time in Baku.

Baku has a great combination of modern and historical...

Baku has a great combination of modern and historical architecture with great coastline walk. You could enjoy the historical city centre and then just turn around and see the Flame towers. Great for walking. People there are very polite.

Just amazing.

Just amazing. The heritage, infrastructure, beautification, sustainability, accessibility and the system with such discipline. Would love to visit again and spend more time exploring more places. Shahdag and Qabala are good places to visit. Lack in communication skills. 1/100 can communicate in english. Scammers are present. Some people are really arrogant. Over all a beautiful place to visit 😇

My Baku tour was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The city is a perfect blend of modern architecture and rich cultural heritage. Our tour was well-organized, punctual, and very comfortable. The guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure we didn’t miss any important spots, including Flame Towers, Old City, Heydar Aliyev Center, and the beautiful seaside Boulevard.
