Our stay at the Merchant was excellent. The beds are super comfy and the showers fantastic. The location is right in the best area for food and access to the old city. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Special mention to the reception team who were so helpful with advice and getting us and our bags to our taxi in a traffic jam!

The hotel was very pleasant! The rooms were beautifully renovated, adding charm and comfort to the stay. However, what truly stood out was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff who made sure every detail was perfect. The breakfasts were excellent, served in a lovely restaurant with a great variety of delicious options. Highly recommended!

Our stay at the Sheraton Baku was absolutely exceptional. The entire team went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. Not only were they incredibly attentive throughout our stay, but when I accidentally left a personal item behind, they personally arranged to send it all the way to my home — something I truly didn’t expect and deeply appreciate. The room we stayed in had the most spectacular views of Baku, making our mornings and evenings truly special. From start to finish, the service was flawless, and the staff made us feel genuinely cared for. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Baku!

I loved the old city, walking there, I also loved the modern...

I loved the old city, walking there, I also loved the modern art museum. The space is not enough, so I think that museum should be in the Heidar Aliyev Complex. Also, there many visit to do outside Baku

Baku has a great combination of modern and historical...

Baku has a great combination of modern and historical architecture with great coastline walk. You could enjoy the historical city centre and then just turn around and see the Flame towers. Great for walking. People there are very polite.
