I had a wonderful stay at Twelve Inn! The hotel is perfectly located, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and always ready to assist. A special thanks to manager Turan, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. His professionalism and willingness to help made a great impression. I truly appreciate the excellent service and hospitality.     The property, with its beautiful beach along the Caspian Sea, was absolutely perfect, but what truly made our trip exceptional was the incredible staff. Their helpful, supportive, and friendly approach stood out throughout our stay. We encountered some difficulties ordering a taxi due to street closures during the Formula 1 event, but the hotel manager personally stepped in and kindly drove us to our destination. The reception staff, cleaning team, and all other employees were consistently warm and welcoming, ensuring we had a wonderful experience. I can't thank them enough for making our stay so memorable!

    Beautiful, clean city, plenty of sights to see - old and new, great modern and older architecture -and THE FOOD!! East meets West - the people are VERY nice and friendly - not everyone speaks English - but it was not a problem.. VERY SAFE FEELING wherever you go! You need to visit.

    Beautiful city with rich traditions . Good Food and malls . Formula 1 track . Shahdagh is a must visit place . Very polite and friendly locals. Good place to visit but for a short duration. I feel 4 to 5 days are more than enough.

    An interesting city to walk through at day and night time as...

    An interesting city to walk through at day and night time as well. You can walk along the promenade at Caspian Sea for many kilometers, can visit a lot of nice parks and the views to the Flame Towers at night are incredible. The walks through the old city as well as neighboring streets with older European style buildings are also pretty enjoyable. For a short stay I would also recommend a day tour in the surround of Baku.
