Everything! The location is perfect! The staff are extremely helpful and attentive. The room was lovely and had a great view of St. George mausoleum. Good sound proofing meant that the room was almost completely silent. Free coffe and tea was an unexpected plus. Decor was stylish. Free private parking. The major thing for us was the location and comfort, so we highly recommend!

It was clean and comfortable and we were able to keep our bicycles safely secured in the lobby. The restaurant served nice food and the hotel even provided a laundry service for our clothes which was much appreciated after days on the road.

The receptionists and hotel manager were polite and welcoming answering any questions! Both times we stayed in this hotel we arrived at lunchtime and they let us check-in early after I gave them only few hours notice in advance of my arrival time! The hotel boasts an quiet and peaceful location, within easy walking distance of superb restaurant and the picturesque Park Kaylaka. There was no noise in the rooms, the air-conditioning worked perfectly and beds were comfortable so we had a very good night sleep. Free parking in front of the hotel. The rooms were tastefully decorated especially the twin room that we stayed the first night. There were fridge, toiletries and towels provided in the room.

Huge room, very clean and close to the city centre. Parking outside on the street next to the hotel. Breakfast for an extra 10lev pp was chosen from a menu. The staff were quick to deal with an issue in the room and upgraded us.
