Very comfortable rooms in this quiet hotel at a most reasonable price. There are numerous shops in the neighborhood, including an excellent supermarket and an excellent gym. To get into town, it is an easy and enjoyable seven minute boat ride that costs only 1.5 Euro. I would gladly stay at this hotel again.

Amazing and friendly staff, from the receptionists, cleaning ladies, waiters in the breakfast room to the shuttle drivers. However, one staff member just went above and beyond: Sheera. He was always available to help with anything, he helped me book a tour to the national park and also book a bus trip to my next destination, he even requested a vegetarian dish for my breakfast! In terms of location, it is in the center of the city and it is possible to go to some nearby attractions on foot, including the waterfront which is only 15 minutes away. For farther attractions, there is a shuttle service on request including dropoff and pickup. The buffet breakfast is very good with both Asian and Western-style options including vegetarian-friendly options. Throughout the hotel, there are several water filtering stations for refilling your water bottles. For me, this hotel is a must-visit (and stay) attraction in Brunei. Highly recommended!

- Receptionist is good nature. When I want to pay using my debit card, the machine decline. But because our cash BND a limited and the money changer already close, the receptionist offer us to paid the room using Cash BND & deposit using cash MYR. Then it settle just like that 🤭 - I love our room, we got the 3rd floor and have prayer room there - TV got a problem, call the receptionist & the maintenance came immideately to solve it - toiletry is complete & we love it - a hearty breakfast. Have fried rice, fried meehoon, veges, fish fillet ala Thai, popiah goreng, pisang goreng, boiled egg, tomyam soup, porridge, bread with 3 type spread, egg sandwich, 2 type cereal, hot water & juice, and 2 type fruits. We have our breakfast for 1 hour 🤣 - Ambiance good

Bandar Seri Begawan is calm, spotless, and peaceful — almost the opposite of typical Southeast Asian capitals. No chaos, no noise, no rush. Everything moves at a gentle pace. If you want relaxation, reflection, and culture → perfect. If you want nightlife, busy streets, and shopping → not the best fit.

Limbang is rapidly changing with new infrastructure development...it'd be a lovely place once the waterfronts is completed.... Nice little place for a short break R&R...shopping is not too bad....friendly people.....plenty of good food to enjoy.....

The place was so simple and Homey i feel like i belong there...

The place was so simple and Homey i feel like i belong there. The people are warm and smiling. I have seen so many kabayan and i love the food varieties. I went to Jaya Supermarket / Hypermarket and the selections and prices are lovely. I ordered Nasi Lemak in McDonalds and it amazes me. I forgot to mention the help of BB in Jollibee Gadong. If it was not for her i wouldnt be able to reach the Airport on time she help me book a taxi using Dart App.

Good location especially if you have young children as a-lot to do in the mall. Good restaurants around. Room was good. Swimming pool water was green, but i got told its safe to swim but could hardly see anything underwater, so i stayed away. Breakfast was available but would rate it as 3/5 but good enough to fill your tummy. If you're planning to order food from your room, sorry to say that its not available as they only serve breakfast but plenty of options around in the mall.

Walk down to the river jetties and take a boat ride.

Walk down to the river jetties and take a boat ride. Best time 4-6pm. No need to book. See the long nosed monkeys, crocodiles and other wildlife in the rainforest. 1 hour tour cost $35. Amazing adventure not to be missed.

Beautiful, clean, peaceful country with lovely people.

Beautiful, clean, peaceful country with lovely people. Everything is closeby for a quick tourist visit to mosques, palace, night market and mall. I would love to go back again for an overnight stop over, only because Royal Brunei is an outstanding airline. Very easy to navigate as its a small airport, small city, no traffic. I was respectful with their custom when I opened my wine which I bought from my previous destination, you can drink wine - you just have to bring your own as they don't sell alcohol in Brunei.
