All staff provided excellent service, whether it was the porter, reception, main dining stewards, breakfast staff or excursion desk. Rooms were airconditioned, with excellent free wi-fi. Pool was a good size, clean and adequately shaded. Dining room and separate breakfast room were excellent, with a high quality, varied menu at quite reasonable cost, plus nightly specials.

Great place! Spacious room with a warm shower, fridge, AC and comfy bed! The owner was very friendly as was all the staff. The food in the restaurant is delicious and fairly priced. It is easy to take a taxi on the side of the road from the hotel to anywhere in Maun if you don’t have your own vehicle. Highly recommend staying here.

Many places claim to feel like home. But Mapula’s house really is. She and her family welcomed me and I can’t speak highly enough of their hospitality. Mapula is very heads up and on the ball with all queries. She set up trips to the Okavango Delta and Moremi Game Reserve for me too. She also got up at 5am to run us to the bus when the taxi didn’t turn up. I stayed for two weeks! SUPER RECOMMEND!!!
