the property was amazing, very nice place and the staff were really nice and helpful, she let us leave our bags in the office after the check out so we could take a late water taxi to Belize city and enjoy an extra day of sun. She also suggested us some places where to eat and do day trips that were amazing

Christine & Gricela made my stay completely unforgettable. They know perfectly how to treat their guests. I only have good words for them: they advise me with the transportation before reaching the hotel, they help me to book several snorkeling activities (not easy being just one person) and much more small details (local spots, room upgrade, beach towel provided, complimentary water...). The pictures don't do this hotel justice. Apartment is fully equipped, clean, excellent aircon, and the manager cannot do enough to help. Organised our return transfers, enabled us to come 2 days early due to sickness, recommended where to go and eat etc. Diving and scuba trips right outside hotel, and if you use anyone further away, they pick you up from the private jetty. Directly opposite Palapa bar, and you can get good value food or takeaway and deliver from the sandbar. If you want a golf buggy, the company on the room info deliver for $40 a day and collect 24 hrs later or longer. Pool is clean with sunny and shady beds. Right on the beach. Walling distance to ferry for any trips you might do elsewhere. Highly recommend staying here.

The hotel was very well located and everything important was within walking distance (restaurants, tour operators, airport). The hotel grounds and rooms were very clean. Our deluxe room was large enough and the washbasin was separate from the shower and toilet, which we found very pleasant. We also had a side sea view, which we were very pleased with. The room cleaning service was very good. The staff were also very friendly, helpful and attentive. The complex itself offered a few lounges and hammocks to relax in. There were plenty of loungers by the pool and it was never too crowded. We particularly liked the fact that we could fill up with water for free and that there was free coffee at reception in the morning.
