Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was large and in excellent condition. The location was good, netxt to the subway and easy to get around. There was a convenience store withon 50 m,etres, and a large supermarket only 10 minutes' away on foot.

Liked the small scale of the hotel with only 4 floors and having all the amenities of a larger hotel. The thoughtful placement of the electronic controls for the window shades and room lights made it very convenient to use from anywhere in the room. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, made checking in very straight forward and quick. The location was good considering it was outside the city centre, there's plenty of places to shop and good places to eat. The transport links are also good if you want to go into town, many buses to Finch Station (10 minutes to get to) and the metro will take 45 to 50 minutes to get you to Union Station. Overall we had a great stay, surprisely my family preferred this location to the apartment we had in the city centre as it was more of a relaxed vibe and the sidewalk wasn't crammed full of people. The provision of coffee and tea in the room was probably the best we've had this holiday, always restocked after a room clean - very nice touch. The apartment views were an unexpected treat as well - particularly with the sunset.

Friendly and helpful check in and bar staff. We have stayed twice now and both times Karen in the bar has been more than helpful and welcoming giving us ideas of things to do and see. We will miss Karen!! Rooms are clean and a good size. Easy to get to Toronto center and the airport from hotel. Would recommend to any friends / family traveling to the area.

It's a great city with plenty of entertainment for young people, especially at night, but not so much for older people like us, who like to go out in the afternoon, with almost no activities or cultural events. Excellent public transportation system and an incredible variety of restaurants. Unfortunately, the city looks dirty with a lot of trash on the streets

Brampton seems like a pleasant place. The bus service is regular and there is a GO Train station. It is convenient to Toronto,Mississauga and even driveable to Niagara Falls. Brampton is clean and well kept.

I am dissatisfaction extremely , the bath no shampoo no conditioner .the personel in front desk has not provide complete information . the wifi not working in room the last one i undrestood 2 times charges deducted my account its awful service , i check out july 13 and now july 16 deducted hotel charges yesterday night when i call no explantion . what are you doing with such services ............

Toronto is a great place to go.

Toronto is a great place to go. It reminded me a little bit of New York but much cleaner and people are much nicer! The local grub was great. You can really get a feel of the local Canadian and international fare. Wish we could have stayed longer just to explore more areas like Kensington market and Toronto islands.

Mississauga is a suburban part near Toronto. Is has quiet neighborhoods and plenty of options to buy groceries or shop. The roads around Mississauge can be quite busy during the morning and late evening rush hours, plan your trip before you go to Toronto or in the direction of Hamilton. It is well placed as a base for trips to Toronto or Niagara Falls. Also the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum in Hamilton is very nice museum with enthusiasts actively restoring aircraft you can talk to. There are also plenty of conservation areas around Mississauge and Hamilton!

We were there for our Grandson’s hockey tournament so didn’t have time to sightsee. Industrial area. Hotel met our needs very well. Close to the arena, Costco, Home Depot and other stores. Restaurants close by.

This hotel's staff were audaciously asking for 20% tips at breakfast. When we carried no cash, we were even ask to charge it to our room service bills. We are a senior couple travelling from U.S. and this was our first and last time to Hilton Garden Inn at Markham (Highway 7 and Highway 404). Very bad experience.

A lively place to visit. Ridgeway Plaza is a must visit, specially for food lovers. Mississauga is a convenient place to stay to visit Toronto, Niagara Falls, Kingston. Also there are lots of parks and lakes to visit around Mississauga.
