My partner and I stayed here to attend an event. He and I were immediately struck by how professional and consistent the service was here. I have a lot of experience staying in Toronto hotels and this is certainly one of the best experiences I've had from that perspective. We were in a beautiful room that felt more like a junior suite. Immaculately clean, very comfortable and well-appointed. As we were staying mid week I think we must have gotten a slightly discounted rate, as it felt like an absolute steal for the price. Very happy and would like to return sometime :)

From the moment of booking, the staff reached out & offered any support ie. time of arrival; any spa or special trips etc. We got excellent help from the reception & concierge team (shout out to Dean). We were upgraded too, but honestly it was a beautiful hotel, so spacious & well appointed in every way. Room service was fabulous too, lots of choice, amazing quality & arriving promptly. We ordered a car to take us on a trip & one to go back to the airport. So easy. Staff were exceptional & the epitome of 5star service!

The rooms are plain yet stylish also offering a lot of space. I really enjoyed coming back there after a day's work. Also there are no waiting queues for check in or out, the personnel is professionnal and welcoming. The bar looks great (have not tested it). Breakfast was really nicely served and the restaurant is quiet. Location is the best right in the middle but in a small street so no noise. I highly recommend !

The entire staff treated us exceptionally well, and we would like to give a special shout-out to Jose and the Spanish-speaking lady who made our experience even more enjoyable. They served our lunch promptly, allowing us to enjoy a quick and delicious meal together with Bruce. The room provided us with a comfortable and pet-friendly environment. It was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed to cater to our furry companion's needs. Bruce felt right at home, and we appreciated the designated area provided for us to enjoy meals alongside him. The hotel's dining experience exceeded our expectations. The restaurant offered delicious pizzas that left us wanting more, and the breakfast was delicious as well. We were impressed by the quality of the food and the wide variety of options available. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location made our travel experience hassle-free. It was easily accessible from terminals 1 and 3 at the airport, allowing us to reach the hotel quickly and enjoy more time during our stay. Overall, our stay at Alt Hotel was outstanding. The exceptional service, pet-friendly accommodations, delightful dining options, and convenient location made it a truly remarkable experience. We highly recommend Alt to anyone that need to stay a day or two neat the airport with their furry friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable executive suite with all the things in the room, eg tv, coffee maker although the coffee maker was troublesome at times, microwave, fridge etc. The sitting area and tv. Ironing board, iron and safe. It was also very quiet and clean. The bed was very comfortable too. We enjoyed having clean, fresh towels every day. Great shower. Enjoyed eating in the restaurant

I'm not really a city person but it was my first trip to Canada and I wanted to explore it fir a couple of days. I enjoyed visiting Casa Loma and Allan Gardens and the hop on hop off bus was a great way to see the main areas of the city centre. If I returned with my husband we'd go to more areas hut I didn't feel I wanted to go to some areas on my own.

Mississauga is a suburban part near Toronto. Is has quiet neighborhoods and plenty of options to buy groceries or shop. The roads around Mississauge can be quite busy during the morning and late evening rush hours, plan your trip before you go to Toronto or in the direction of Hamilton. It is well placed as a base for trips to Toronto or Niagara Falls. Also the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum in Hamilton is very nice museum with enthusiasts actively restoring aircraft you can talk to. There are also plenty of conservation areas around Mississauge and Hamilton!

Brampton seems like a pleasant place.

Brampton seems like a pleasant place. The bus service is regular and there is a GO Train station. It is convenient to Toronto,Mississauga and even driveable to Niagara Falls. Brampton is clean and well kept.

I am dissatisfaction extremely , the bath no shampoo no conditioner .the personel in front desk has not provide complete information . the wifi not working in room the last one i undrestood 2 times charges deducted my account its awful service , i check out july 13 and now july 16 deducted hotel charges yesterday night when i call no explantion . what are you doing with such services ............

Always love a trip to Toronto from Kingston , lots to see and do , ie : went to the Royal winter fair , used the street cars to get around easily , enjoyed the restaurants , had a gift card for the spaghetti factory . Most places easy to walk out street cars.

A lively place to visit. Ridgeway Plaza is a must visit, specially for food lovers. Mississauga is a convenient place to stay to visit Toronto, Niagara Falls, Kingston. Also there are lots of parks and lakes to visit around Mississauga.

We were there for our Grandson’s hockey tournament so didn’t have time to sightsee. Industrial area. Hotel met our needs very well. Close to the arena, Costco, Home Depot and other stores. Restaurants close by.

This hotel's staff were audaciously asking for 20% tips at breakfast. When we carried no cash, we were even ask to charge it to our room service bills. We are a senior couple travelling from U.S. and this was our first and last time to Hilton Garden Inn at Markham (Highway 7 and Highway 404). Very bad experience.

Always enjoy visiting Toronto.

Always enjoy visiting Toronto. With a Presto card it is very easy to get from the airport by train and travel around the city in the subway and for looking round the city in comfort, by tram. Loads of local places to eat and the harbour front has come on in spades as a relaxed place to be over the years. The city is lively, full of nice people and far less hassle than most large cities, particularly as the transport is so easy.

Was going to show at Budweiser stage. Waterside Inn's proximity to Port Credit GO station was a major consideration, just a short walk ( 7 minutes ) through a pleasant hospitality district and clean residential area directly to terminal door. Very convenient for trip to GO Exhibition stop / Ontario Place.
