Really beautiful apartment. Clean, functional, cozy, with a stunning view. The apartment had a living room, a kitchen area, a studio, a bedroom, and a bathroom. Worth mentioning the fact that it is an apartment, but the service is that of a hotel.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and so cozy with the fireplace. This hotel has one of the best and biggest bathrooms! Great location near Yaletown, but not so close that it's loud or busy, and lovely brunch at the Cafe next door. Very clean, great outdoor pool on the 5th floor patio, and super comfortable.

We were welcomed on arrival and quickly checked-in and given early access to our room. The room was spacious, clean and tidy, everything was as we had hoped. We had dinner at the Alouette Bistro which was simply excellent. The hotel is also perfectly placed for a couple of days in downtime Vancouver. We were easily able to walk the key tourist attractions.

The staff were really friendly + lent me an umbrella when there was a rainstorm and I had forgotten mine. The room was nice and clean and very spacious. The bathroom was a little creepy and reminded me of the one in The shining. But it was huge which was nice. I had a big Soaker tub. Unfortunately it didn't work. So I didn't get a chance to use it. The bed was really comfortable unfortunately. I had a giant Spotlight outside my window so it was quite light in my room even in the middle of the night so it was a little difficult to sleep but overall it was really comfortable. Really nice. Fireplace kept the warm, nice and cozy.

Absolutely fine stay for the price in Vancouver. Our room was very spacious and clean and comfortable, we stayed 2 nights but could have stayed more. I liked the architectural charm of the lobby area. Location was unbeatable. You can walk the entire CBD from here, so close to each coast and walkable to stanley park, 15 min. I think people with all the complaints of this property might be a bit fussy.

I did not spend much time in Richmond this trip, as I came in to see the Lene Lovich show at the Rickshaw theatre in Vancouver. I am however familiar with, and drawn to Richmond, particularly for it's diversity in both people and entertainment options.

North Vancouver is cleaner and more outgoing than downtown area. Just about 5km to Capilano from this area. Lots of great restaurants and cafés at the Pier. Drinks and dinner at Joey’s, not too pricy and great presentation and taste of food. Easy access to downtown via SeaBus.

On the whole most drivers courteous, my stay near 200 th, provided good driving to my destination at 7:00 am and at 330 pm, with no traffic bottle necks. An issue with traffic congestion in regards to the new sky train metro construction, they could have had bettter traffic management and coordination, with better signage and flaggers.

Harrison Hot Springs is a great place to visit with the beautiful lake, mountains and relaxed suburb walks to enjoy. The Miami river has some bird life to view and the walkway area between the main lakeshore and the restaurants is a wonderful public resource. The origin of the Hot Springs is disappointing as it is enclosed in a concrete square with some glass allowing a peak in. However the walk out towards it is enjoyable and I did spot a black bear, when I glanced back up the Miami river, approaching a gaggle of Canada geese and the water, possibly for a drink. The restaurant in the HHS hotel is a relaxed place for a drink and snack. If you choose a self catering option in HHS, it is advisable to shop in Chilliwack as Agassiz can be expensive and Harrison Hot Springs has very limited groceries. Also, the bus service from HHS was unreliable. I took a BC Transit schedule from the visitor center but after waiting 40 mins at the bus stop (after the scheduled arrival time) I gave up an the idea of an outing out to Agassiz. A shop staff member in town confirmed similar experiences. I would advise looking at restaurant reviews for HHS and seeing if the restaurant has other customers over main meal times. I really enjoyed a salmon burger and breakfast at Basecamp burgers but I found the food in the quieter restaurants was not value for money. Also, given that I left HHS the first week in October, I noticed some days were becoming chilly and some eat out places already closed? So not all the owners of advertised food places stay open into the colder months. The Muddlers coffee shop with Rocky Mountain chocolates next door is a welcome stop ! A boat trip out towards Echo Island or the Harrison River is a wonderful outing.

Although it is just a suburb of Vancouver, Langley has many things to see and enjoy. This time I was just attending a conference so I wasn't interested in sight-seeing. But if you want to enjoy a small but busy location, spend some time in Fort Langley, minutes from the Comfort Inn.

This is a bedroom community.

This is a bedroom community. It is quiet and we respect that short term rentals can be a contentious issue so we kept noise to a minimum. But we are all in our 60s and in bed by 10pm, say no more... That said, we found the proximity to grocery store, gas station and yes, a beer/wine store, within walking distance very convenient. Please be respectful to your host and their neighbors, we intend to stay there again.

Review of the Mountain View motel… stayed one night on our way to Okanagan Lake. It was Saturday night of Labor day weekend and due to unforeseen circumstances we needed to get a hotel room. Being a holiday there was not much available. We got the last room in Hope after no luck in the previous 2 towns. The rooms had been remodeled to a degree and what was done was nice but it still was a VERY tired property. My biggest complaint was the price. We had to pay $250. USD for a tired motor inn motel room worth about $70. USD. Which is about their normal rate. Charging $250. Is nothing short of price gouging.

There is lots to see in Chilliwack The farm circle tour is excellent. Minter gardens is a must for gardeners plus their cafe has delicious food. Walking the Rotary track at Vedder River is wonderful and you get to watch all of the fishing that happens on its shores. The pioneer village is worth a look for its wonderful collection. 1881 is unique and such a lovely shopping experience. Make sure you check out the cheese shop !
