We rented a ground-floor apartment for four adults, and it proved to be an impeccable choice. The apartment was not only impeccably clean but also incredibly comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, simplified our meal preparations. The presence of a cozy living area was an added bonus, and the convenience of a private parking spot right in front of the apartment was greatly appreciated. Furthermore, the hotel's provision of a self-service laundry and ironing facility on the upper floor, available for a modest fee of five francs, was a thoughtful touch. Notably, the bathroom was spacious and immaculately clean. Our stay was nothing short of fantastic, and the standout warmth and hospitality of the staff, particularly Ruby and Heidi, left a lasting impression. Without reservation, I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment

Everything, it was perfect. Location was gorgeous—unprecedented levels of beauty. The staff was phenomenal, they were so incredibly kind. The hotel itself was lovely.

The breakfast was very good. Various of bread and croissants, including yoghurt and jams. The surprise was the colorful eggs. We thought it was not the real egg, only toys :) Hot chocolate, Coffee, or Cappuccino was also served during breakfast. Perfect! Microwave and Oven would be great equipment to cook things when we are hungry or prepare meals for the kids during the trip. Spacious place for a small group, you could play the piano as well. The location is just right - we can wake-up with the view of the lake and mountain. We took the family room with balcony and lake view. It only takes 5 mins from the train station. The most of all, I was so surprise when Vincento invited me to see his fancy car -- Ferrari and Maserati.. hahaha.. I wish we could drive it sometimes in the next visit..

We spent two nights at Alpinhotel Bort in late May and had an amazing stay. The room was huge, spotless, and packed with great amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming—even surprising our eldest son with a lovely birthday message, which made the stay extra special. Despite our late arrival, they accommodated us without any issue. The hotel is situated in a stunning location with easy access to the First Peak, offering breathtaking views, and we had a blast on the nearby Trottibikes. The on-site restaurant was excellent, though on the pricier side. A bonus for EV drivers: they have electric car chargers available.

The location of Hotel Brienz was perfect. The scenery was amazing and it was easy to get around in the town and on the lake from the hotel. There was also parking available, which was very easy.
