The reception staff were absolutely excellent. We’d had a nightmare situation with our old car breaking down which then meant a lot of complicated conversations. Our language skills are limited to English but Greta and the woman on the afternoon shift kindly made the phone calls on our behalf and smoothed the path to the car being repaired. They were so very kind and professional and we appreciated them very much. The restaurant staff were charming and food delicious. Lovely spacious room and bathroom. Friendly cleaning staff.

I usually do not take part to business evaluations; however, this time, I feel the urge to testify. I was caught in a very strong rain on the way to the hotel; when I arrived the two people welcomed me warmly, offered me a towel and felt very sorry for me. One of the employees offered to drop me at a restaurant in his car, so I could avoid the rain again. The employees walked the extra-mile and provided an exceptional service. I would definetly come back to this hotel if I have the opportunity again

The attic apartment was spacious and well equipped, just a 15-minute walk from the train station and right across from a supermarket. There’s also a restaurant on the ground floor, which was very convenient. Quiet neighborhood. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay

The staff was friendly and attentive. Communication prior to our arrival and during our stay was excellent. The room was super clean and recently renovated. The breakfast was wonderful. Location with easy walk to city center, restaurant, and shops. Balcony views of Lake Como. We highly recommend and would love to stay again ourselves.

A very comfortable hotel in the middle of Como. All the gentlemen were incredibly nice and helped us out whenever we had a question. I would definitely recommend this little gem. The breakfast was delicious.

At check-in we were given clear information and the staff walked us around the hotel to show us how to open the front door, where the restaurant and bar were and how to use the room facilities. How refreshing! The towels were extremely soft/fluffy. The waitress who served us dinner was extremely helpful and friendly and always with a smile. Made us feel very welcome. This is a great boutique hotel in a great location.

The hotel is very central and close to the lake and the shops. The lady who checked us in was very attentive and made us comfortable after a long day travelling. She offered recommendation on where to eat and what to do. Our room had a balcony and was very luxurious. The breakfast was very tasty and of a high quality. It was truly a boutique experience.
