This hotel is tall: nice and helpful people at reception, large, quiet and very clean rooms with amazing views to mountains, very good beds and balcony, a rich breakfast and very good meals in the restaurant, which has a beautiful terrasse. The hotel is situated centrally in Flims, by bus - price included- we were in a few minutes to the lake. Thank you a lot for everything!

Our two-night stay was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless and cozy, and the breakfast selections were varied and delicious - the homemade oatmeal, fresh orange juice, large selection of fresh, quality breads and teas were outstanding. Convenient parking right outside was a bonus. We'll definitely be back!

Great breakfast, bar, and spa, with convenient access to the garage and a grocery store located within the building. While there's no pool, the spa, with its three saunas, especially the Finnish one, was a standout, offering a stunning view of the valley. The hotel is located at the bottom of the ski slope, in summer a great starting point for numerous hiking routes.

Offering a nice interior, free Wi-Fi and Arena Lodge is just 50 metres from the mountain railways. Arena Lodge offers rooms with a cable TV, radio and themed décor.

Great facilities for guests. Free coffee pod machine to use and a small shared fridge was very handy. Location is right next to gondola. Grill house restaurant opposite was excellent for a large and filling meal. Best aspect of arena lodge was the incredible service from the reception staff. I wish I had asked her name. She helped us discover Flims and recommended some excellent walks and Caumasee for a swim.

Cosy, clean and quiet. Well connected to Laax ski lifts and Flims by bus. The bus stop isn’t even 1 minute walk from the hotel! Friendly staff and nice breakfast.

Great facilities and services! Staff are friendly, the hot tub and indoor pool had great views and vibes. The shuttle bus was very useful to go from and to the ski lifts. The room amd bathroom were very spacious. Should be a 5 star hotel!
