The facility was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Having a kettle made things much easier for us. We stayed for two nights and were very satisfied. The bathroom was spacious. The room was warm. We had some difficulty during check-in, but when we called, they helped us, and we realized it was actually easy to handle. I definitely want to come again!

The location is perfect, parking is right outside the hotel and the whole hotel is very clean. But this hotel/the hosts are going the extra mile and are nailing excellence down to the detail. They truly found the perfect pillows, the blanket is incredibly fluffy, the choice of amazing cheese and local products for breakfast are something else. what a lovely hotel , the staff is amazing , 2 ladies in the restaurant were perfect, welcome drink upon arrival , kitchen was closed and we were hungry but the lady made a cold plate with a local cheese and ham, room had a small balcony with a nice view, amazing comfortable bed with very good mattresses I slept like a baby , had a dinner in restaurant some pizza and was very tasty ! and very cheap ! parking in front of the hotel free of charge , there is a huge terrace and big restaurant you can choose were to have, diner, lunch or afternoon drink the receptionist/manager/owner made the stay even better felt like a VIP quest all the time thank you for your hospitality breakfast ist served from 8:00-10:00 i like to sleep longer but made it just before closing , the breakfast was good choice of everything what you can ask , very good coffee and local fresh milk , amazing service from the lady even had a chance to get a scrambled eggs (9:45) and served with a smile thank you will be definitely back soon

In the middle of nowhere, there is the paradise on earth. An hotel in the center of a beautiful village surrounded by magnificent mountains. Haven of peace where everything is settled. Very warm welcome. You immediately feel at home here. The staff is very kind. The rooms are beautiful. Mountain style decoration with a little modernism, it's very cozy. The garden with the chairs around the SPA and the swimming pool is beautifully maintained. The restaurant's menus are incredible and you can have one of the dishes as “ à la carte” very appreciating . The food is excellent. This small hotel was a stopover on our trip. A coincidence which makes things good because we will come back 💯. We love this place. So quiet. Very nice hikes with free tickets from the hotel.

-Outstanding view of the Lake, mountains, and St. Moritz -Staff was very accommodating and friendly.. -the owner was an exceptional host and made me feel at home. Apparently the property has been owned by his family since it was built...1700s? -upgraded my room to #501...very top of the hotel and it was worth the small increase in rate -excellent restaurant -very good breakfast was included with a phenomenal view -bar provided whiskey tasting packages....great experience and the bar tender was very friendly and took time to explain whiskeys (not a whiskey drinker- wine!...but the experience was well worth it.. -Plan to return during the summer and do several weeks of hiking and use the hotel as my base

Great service and staff! The restaurant at dinner was great, with a big breakfast offer as well. Covered parking connected to the hotel, ski room, spa. Very cool 'hard rock' concept, with a small franchise store and live music every evening at the bar. The room was the right size, with a big balcony and oversize bathroom. Frequent ski buses take you to Parsenn and Jakobshorn ski areas in no time.

This was our second stay here as it is a lovely comfortable hotel for a week’s ski holiday. The staff are all very friendly and do everything to make your stay as good as possible. Great breakfast and a regular shuttle to the Flims cable car. The outdoor hot tub was a real highlight.

We had a wonderful stay at baita hotel. The staff are so nice. The breakfast is very good. Wonderful spa!!!! The spa room with the sauna was great after a ski day. The beds are super comfortable. Very close to Mottolino and San Rocco for skiing. Just perfect.

Beautiful countryside and perfect for walking or cycling in the hillsides around the village, plus some really nice restaurants open late into the evening filled with people who all appeared to be having a good time. Also great to be able to do some duty free shopping.

There's so much to do in the area. we went summer skiing at...

There's so much to do in the area. we went summer skiing at the glacier (Stelvio), which was ok (lots of long lines for the button lifts because of the hundreds of ski club teams). But the nearby QC Terme Bagni Vecchi was amazing. Would like to have stayed longer for hiking and mountain biking. Very nice little town and beautfil surroundings.

Ischgl is a great resort offering fantastic extensive and varied skiing. Pistes well groomed. The lifts are fast, modern and well maintained. Queues Ok even at half term. Ischgl town is pretty and has large selection of Apres ski bars and restaurants and shops which are very friendly. There is a rule that you cannot wear ski boots between 8pm and 6am which seems to successfully stop hordes of drunken revellers wandering about so the Apres is civilised yet still great fun. There are noticeably more young men than other groups and quite a lot of snowboarders compared to some other resorts like Lech but this was not really a problem for our family. We will be returning.

The walk around the lake was enjoyable and also a trip up to Jakobshorn of reduced ticket prices (Fr. 18.- return, make sure that at the top you can get through the turnstile and not pay for the downhill journey like we did. Got a refund at the cash desk at the bottom though) for hotel guests with the tourist card. Also free travel on the the nostalgic train to Filisur and back and on all buses was a bonus. Scenery is splendid, and if you're a train enthusiast, it's the place to be for the Bernina or Glacier Express. Can recommend a bite to eat or just Coffee and Cake at Kaffee Klatsch on the Promenade. Schatzalp is just a funicular away and you'll feel lifted back to the beginning of the last century.

Highly recommend it!

Highly recommend it! I would’ve stayed longer had I known how cute it was. Especially at Christmas time. Definitely underrated. Might be a little hard for those who have difficulty with walking on inclines, but otherwise an easily walkable city with gorgeous little streets and colorful buildings.

I am totally biased for Arosa is filled with wonderful childhood memories. Now, being slightly handicapped, I still enjoyed it. The air, the calm on the hills, the views, the hikes, the food…. There is something for everyone and every age (says a great-grandma!😂). Take a horse cariage ride! Visit the museum! Visit the bears sanctuary! Walk up the squirrels way and let them and the birds get nuts out of your hands…

Pontresina is a pretty little town and so much nicer, more picturesque and less expensive than say, St Moritz, unless you are after the glamour and „status“ that comes with mixing with the jet-setters there. The main reason we have always stayed here though is the central location with easy access to and from anywhere in the Engadine and its attractive side valleys. Come here for nature and outdoor activities, not for shopping or night life 🙂

Love the facilities for mountain biking and they are only going to get better. Everything is to hand, loads of car parking, supermarket, excellent bike hire facilities, bar near by. Seems great for families (I travelled alone but folk seemed to be having a great time). Safe and secure area.

Livigno is one of a kind.

Livigno is one of a kind. Location is distant from everything, but the place is magical. Almost always sunny, be prepared for a lot of sun. Great italian cuisine. Good prices as it is duty free zone. A lot of fun on and off pistes and of course crazy apres-ski parties every day :-)
