The lobby was amazing - really liked the decor! and the coffee machine. The staff was friendly. We even got a birthday gift. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and was great. The location is not the fanciest, but it's right next to the train station and to a bus stop which is super comfortable. There are also restaurants and shops around.

The location was amazing, make sure you have a room with a view, it’s simply stunning! The property is well maintained, the rooms are neat and clean and the staff is incredibly attentive. The manager called me even after reception hours to fix an issue I had messaged about, super helpful! The booking, messages and other communication was super smooth, as was check in and check out. I’d love to come back here one day, if only for the amazing breakfast. Possibly the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had, definitely the best on this trip. The view from the restaurant and especially the terrace lifted the whole experience to another level. Would 100% recommend to stay here. Celine and the team are the best! 🤍

I usually don’t write reviews for hotels, but this experience truly deserves recognition. Yannick went above and beyond in every possible way. From the moment we arrived, he was exceptionally warm, kind, and friendly—so much so that it felt like he already knew us. His hospitality made us feel instantly at home. What stood out most was his patience and attentiveness. I had many questions throughout our stay, and he always responded with a smile and clear, thoughtful explanations. His professionalism and kindness made a real difference. I also want to mention how welcoming the owner was. I had previously stayed here last year without my mother, and the staff were already very friendly and accommodating. However, during this recent visit—with my mother, who wears a hijab—I was genuinely touched to find that they were even more welcoming and respectful. I had some initial concerns that we might feel out of place, but instead, we were treated with the utmost kindness and warmth. It was a beautiful and reassuring experience that made us feel truly seen and respected. I’m very grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a welcoming and thoughtful environment.

This being our second time at Victoria was extra special, cos we were celebrating a special occasion there and i must say from the start of booking they took care of each and every tiny details told. From the surprise cake to the spa all were perfectly executed . we loved it all! The staffs were really friendly and helpful both at the restaurant & the pool , the pool being the highlight of it all! My little one had a great time there ! The location being in the center and with a view so magnificent also with a park at the front , gave us the perfect staycation we needed as family. Thankyou

A luxurious hotel located near the center of the town of Spiez and overlooking Lake Thun and Spiez Castle. For car owners, the hotel has a large underground parking lot at a very reasonable cost of 12 francs for 24 hours, but you have to reserve the parking lot in advance. The hotel staff is very friendly and helped us a lot in planning our trip around the Thun and Brienz lakes. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and well equipped. The toilet and shower are separated, so two people can use them at the same time, which saves a lot of time. The breakfast is excellent and rich. The hotel has a heated pool and spa.
