Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The decor is spot on. Breakfast had a wide selection of fresh dishes for everyone's taste. Rooms are updated and are larger than expected with a nice balcony. Mini bar was included, nice touch. The staff was very helpful in providing local amenity and ski information. They went out of their way to help us with accommodation resolution due to being stuck in Zermat as a result from a heavy snow storm which caused the trains to be cancelled. Thank you Hotel Daniella!

Having complimentary horse and carriage journey through the town, arranged for the second day, also the free taxi as required to/form hotel. Concierge service at reception was amazing, nothing was a problem. The room and breakfast was excellent value for money, looking down the valley. Other more expensive rooms over looked the Matterhorn but we seen this view from the Hotel front step each morning then spent our time on the mountain trains and lifts. The interior design of the breakfast room was amazing, the food was 5+ star with pianist playing, with views over looking the Matterhorn and located in the center of town, just brilliant. thanks

Zermatt was a very lovely walkable village.

Zermatt was a very lovely walkable village. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip up to Mt Gorenat and the Glacier Paradise. Both trips are amazing and should be taken. Then wander the village and enjoy the buildings and the views.

We only had 1 day in Zermatt for hiking but we were recommended to look in Tasch for a place to stay for the night as it was a more economical choice than Zermatt. We found an excellent hotel, right across from the train station that exceeded our expectations. It was a perfect place to stay after a full day of hiking in Zermatt. We weren't able to explore Tasch too much, so would love to go back!

Very nice aan idyllic place if you like to relax and hike. Great place to roam around and visit other places from there. Zermatt was a bit disappointing, but it was also off season. Nice for an afternoon, but beter to stay in Randa.

Our experience of Blatten was amazing! We were blown out by this little gem! We went up the cable car, had some drinks, came down and some more by the restaurant across the street. From our cabin we walked down to a restaurant and had a food experience of a lifetime!

We would probably go another time to B&B Gasenried when we are there. It is a nice B&B with friendly staff and owner and they are located on a spectacular place. With a spectacular view on the nearby mountains. Also there is a free parking place. The staff gave nice tips for a good walk in the nature.

Zermatt is a very pretty Swiss town with plenty to see & do and if your lucky to get the clear blue sky's like we did the views are stunning. We allowed 4 nights to give us the best chance of seeing the mighty Matterhorn and were not disappointed. From Zermatt you have the option of taking the Glacier Express to St Moritz.
