SlovakiaBeautiful rooms, they feel very cozy, you have a view on a fountain and the streets in the centre. I enjoyed observing the town life from the window. The café is also very nice, they have very tasty bio syrups and jams, and it seems to be a local hotspot. The location is perfect, very central. The toilet and bathroom are shared with 2 other rooms, but they were always clean. The staff is very friendly and sweet.

I also liked the breakfast, although they could add a little bit of variety. Staff was helpful, especially the cleaning ladies, they were really great. We had a small attic room with two beds. The room and the bathroom were spacious and we were pleasantly surprised when we saw a portable air conditioning in our room. Namely, it was really hot, over 35 degrees, day and night, and in Switzerland, most of the places, to our surprise, don't have ACs. We only found it in supermarkets. So, these small AC saved our lives! Ah, I almost forgot, there's a Nespresso machine and a variety of coffees and tea in the box, which was a nice touch.Guest review byMašaCroatia

Neuchatel offers a tourist pass with free entry to many...
Neuchatel offers a tourist pass with free entry to many attractions in the canton and free public transport. Note that many places are closed on Sundays and/or Mondays. We made the most of the sunshine by taking a train to Buttes and walking in the mountains above the chairlift (included in the tourist pass), with fabulous views over the lake, the Jura and the distant Alps. Don't bother going.
Don't bother going. It feels like a travel lodge, cheap feeling. Staff we ok not their fault. Breakfast an uncomfortable disaster. One of the smallest towns in Switzerland.
One of the smallest towns in Switzerland. Fifth time here, but haven't visited watch museum. As many other Swiss towns it's dying, so enjoy it until it's gone. Less and less people living there. Check a small second hand shop in front of hotel 3 kings - 80% are common household things, but often you can find some rare treasure like 50 years old Swiss knife, portable fondu copper set, vinyls, rare books, cutlery, etc.Guest review byvaldajkoChina - 10.0

Lovely town on the side of the lake with good shops, restaurants and some historical sights. Beware it is very hilly away from lakeside but public transport is very good. In summer Neuchâtel clearly has a North-Italian atmosphere to me, originating from the old town buildings, the vibes in the harbour and even home-made icecream everywhere!
