An astonishing Grand hotel with a very great service - we just enjoyed our stay at Hotel Le Prese so much! The restaurant is gorgeous and the location is stunning, the personnel is very kind and helpful. The Spa area is for free and can be booked for an hour per day. The rooms are very clean. We had a warm welcome to the beautiful hotel. There was a special, calm and relaxing atmosphere in the place, perfectly located right by the train station and close to the lake. The room was spacious and clean, the breakfast was good as well as the dinner in the hotel restaurant. All staff was extremely helpful and friendly to us and our dog. The garden where we dined was super lovely. We loved our stay!

We received a very warm welcome upon arrival. The hotel is full of charm, blending historic character with tasteful modern touches. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet, featuring a spacious and relaxing bathroom. As vegans, we appreciated the extra effort the hosts made to provide us with suitable breakfast options. We’ll definitely stay here again — next time we hope to try the restaurant and bar, which were unfortunately closed during our visit.

Everything in this hotel is excellent as in excellent above and beyond my expectations. Staffs are very well coming and friendly. Breakfast is delectable with wide selection of great food. love the fruit jams, croissants and coffee are indulging. Rooms are well lit, clean and comfortable, wi-fi is strong and steady. How I wish I stayed longer. I went to Poschiavo for Bernina Express panoramic train experience. I did glacier express to St Moritz, came here thru ordinary train and go to chur the next day from here. I’m glad I did, its tranquil and serene place, small town but big enough to go around if you want to have a calm quiet moment to walk. Compare to lautherbrunnen and Grindelwald, Poschiavo gives you serenity. Next time I come back to Switzerland I will go back in Poschiavo and stay in Suisse hotel again.

Exceptional hotel. The staff is very friendly. Restaurant has bio (organic) options. The food is really well-made and not expensive. Bikes can be locked inside. Not everything is perfectly new but that actually makes it feel much more welcoming. Big recommendation!

I had a wonderful stay at the Centrale. It's a great location in the historic centre of Poschiavo; everything you need is on your doorstep. As long as you are staying more than 2 nights, you will get a tourist card which includes free public transport in the valley, which is so handy. The staff were all very friendly and kind to me. I stayed in one of the rooms on the top floor, the bed was the biggest bed I've ever slept in in my life. I really couldn't have been any more comfortable and happy there. The breakfast offer was plenty for me and set me up well for each day. The price is more than fair for the area, really good value for money. I love the Valposchiavo and would definitely stay at the Centrale next time I come back. Grazie a tutto il personale.
