The hotel is a great location to explore the different valleys around the Lago di Maggiore, and the room was really nice, spacious, tasteful, with a balcony. The staff is super friendly, and I felt very much at home.

Lovely staff, great food and the private sauna downstairs was the best (sauna usage costs extra). A very early check-in due to the bad weather was no problem. Pet friendly hotel.

The friendly and warm hospitality - I feel genuinely welcomed; location - easy access, in the middle of the village, quiet; well-maintained charming historic building; very nice (single) big room with a generously sized and comfortable bed, the room has a nice balcony; wonderful service - Ticino ticket provide free use of public transport with the canton, local tips; at least three really good restaurants in the village. Intragna itself is a good base for exploring this romantic and dramatic area

The hotel is located in a small village on a place in a nostalgic building. There is a nice courtyard and the hotel has also a resuarant, where the breakfast is served.
The 3- or 4-bed room consisted of 2 separate rooms, divided through curtains. The first room was bigger than the second and we had a private bathroom, which was outside of the sleeping rooms, due to the architecture of the building. The personnel was very friendly and welcoming. We loved the rich breakfast. There is a parking lot for guests (which is a little bit hidden, when you arrive from the street). This place is good for a rip with a car, visitng that region and the Maggia valley.

The room was spacious and very comfortable, the extra bed for the 3rd person was wide and comfortable, the young lady who received us was very nice, patient and welcoming, and breakfast was very good.

Host was very nice and showed us the location. The location is lovely and very clean, the kitchen and bathroom have everything you need! We were there for our climbing trip and it was perfect.

All facilities were there in order to cook.to shower.
Nothing was missing. We could prepare the Christmas Dinner without any difficulties.

Beautiful, old building with loads of character. Amazing views over the forests and mountains. 5 minutes' walk from a lovely village with two restaurants and a shop. Excellent public transport links. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable host. Fantastic breakfast. Great value. In a stunning, unique, wild valley. I look forward to returning!
