Everything about this hotel is amazing. Starting from the location - it’s the best possible!!! Why? Because it is in the Main Street of the city (Caracoles Street), but it is in the end of the street, so you don’t have a lot of people walking around the hotel and don’t hear any noises. Also, all the tour companies leave the tourists exactly in front of the hotel after every touristic tour. The staff?? Amazing people, always with smiles on their faces and always ready to help you with whatever you need! Well, don’t even get me started on the room!!! It is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL AND COZY, nice internal space in both the room and bathroom, everything is functional… you have your own control of the room temperature though the heaters and fireplace (a gas one, very nice) and it might seem normal, but many hotels there don’t allow the guests to turn the heat on. The bed is giant and reaaaaaally comfortable, like the pillows as well! I cant find any flaw in the room, honestly. The breakfast was also great! They give you a menu and you choose what you want, how many times you want them, and it is a fast and effective service. Also, if you go out on a tour really early in the morning, you just have to let them know that you want a “breakfast box” and at what time you leave and they make it to you, all included in the hotel. Well, my stay there was absolutely perfect and all I have to do is congratulate all the team there!

The hotel's location is perfect, close to Caracolles Street and the central part of the city. The hotel's structure is beautiful, and the room was very good, with a ceiling fan and a very good shower. The staff were very kind to us, and although we had scheduled tours every day and couldn't enjoy the breakfast much, the staff prepared a lunch box for us to take on our tours. On one of the nights, we were presented with a glass of wine and appetizers, which made our evening very special. The hotel also lends bicycles for free, which we didn't have time to use, but we found it to be a very positive differential. The hotel gave us a water bottle which was very useful because we could refill it in the hotel.

The hotel itself is incredibly beautiful and well designed. There are many spaces such as lounge areas, living rooms, kitchens and pool areas where you can wind down and relax after a strenuous day of activities and hiking. The staff is so helpful and welcoming that we felt immediately right at home. They helped us organize tours, find restaurants and even our transfer to our next stop on the trip. They had an answer to almost every question, and if they didn’t, they found one within an hour or two and sent it to us per WhatsApp. The breakfasts were amazing and coffee, tea, oats and cereals were available all day with many alternative milk options. They even made us to-go breakfasts in a bag for the days where our tour left early in the morning. We wouldn’t even think about staying anywhere else when visiting San Pedro again.
