Very relaxing weekend get-away during the Christmas holidays. Great breakfast. 1 hour of hot tub included. Guided walk through Santuario Cascada de las Animas with information about flora, fauna and historic events was also included, which we enjoyed very much.

The place is quite beautiful. Great views of the mountains, access to the river (not for swimming, though), a lot of nature, and an amazing view of the sky at night. Great to do some outside activities if you are up to (walking, hiking, horse riding, rafting), or just rest in a calm environment. There is a small (really small) village nearby (walking distance), with just a few options of restaurants (no supermarkets, drugstores, etc.), in addition to the restaurant and coffee shop inside the hotel property (which is located around 1 hour by car from Santiago).

The staff were very friendly and helped anyway they could. The location is beautiful and the fresh air is nice. The food was top notch. 10/10 would recommend anyone to go.

Beautiful location, friendly staff and lovely gardens, it was too cool to swim in the pool but on a hot day Im sure it is nice, we had a lovely breakfast and a great stay, you need to go over a km for restaurants but with a car that was fine

indoor pool and the jacuzzi are well set up. staff are friendly and helpful. good place for family and kids, there’s an outdoor bbq you can use. very nice views! I was unwell during the night, the staff there have been really kind to find me migraine medicine.
