The staff was super friendly and helpfull. They really made you feel welcome and at ease. They have staff specifically for excursions which is a real bonus as they were well prepared and knowledgeable. They views of the lake and surrounding area is breathtaking. Just amazing all around.

The most absolutely stunning property I have ever been to! And the food, it was easily the best food I have ever had at a hotel/lodge. You can tell the wine list is carefully chosen, was the beer. There is not a think about the whole experience that isn’t carefully thought-out for that matter. All of the staff were endlessly sweet and very diligent about trying to make this a truly wonderful experience for everyone who walks through their doors.

This was the most beautiful, picturesque hotel I've ever stayed at on our travels. The views, the staff, the room, the tours, the Calafate Sours :) everything was truly amazing. We stayed during shoulder season and felt as though we had a semi-private oasis.
