Everything. The staff was really nice, the hotel and the room is very beautiful, the garden is very quiet and beautiful. The breakfast was excellent with homemade yogurt, bread and cakes. The price is very good (excelent stay for a more than fair price)

Really amazing architecture and design. Very friendly service. Fantastic bedrooms with wonderful views. Lots of cosy spaces and amazing log fires even in the bedrooms.

All good. The location was perfect for me - very convenient for both the beach and the shops but also nice and quiet.

Staff were really lovely. The room and the bed was perfect. The breakfast is nice and the bar in the evening has craft beers in cans, wine and spirits. We told the staff that our visit was for a special occasion and they kindly treated us, which was really nice. The place has character and is very relaxed while being just out of town.

Very good hotel, the highlight being the mirador room with stunning views over the lake and volcanoes (weather permitting). Good breakfast and comfortable rooms.
