A few things really standout: - fantastic chef who is second to none. I was unable to speak to him directly on my last day as he was not on shift. Hope he gets to see this review. Without exception during my 16 day trip, the meals prepared were great. As someone who needs to be gluten-free alongside being a vegetarian/vegan. A specific menu was devised for my needs. Every meal was exceptional. Thank-you - location is very accessible for the other places that are a must see, during you time in Cameroon. - the grounds are fantastic, tastefully designed and well maintained. Great for walks and meditation.
