Fantastic 7 day stay for family of four with teenagers. Staff are super friendly and helpful, location is superb within walking distance of Elephant trunk and shopping street. Very clean hotel at a very good price. Our room faced the river and beautiful mountain scenery. Next to the Sheraton at a much better price. Free tea at reception and free sprite and sweet tea in minibar. Laundry facilities were excellent with robot AI assisted drying facilities. Beautiful 7th floor view and table and chair facilities at the rooftop. If you like cocktails, there's a few cocktail bars downstairs and happy hour next door at the Sheraton. Was very quiet and had a good night's rest. Beds were comfortable and they gave us extra pillows. Heating was good for December. Excellent hotel for a long stay holiday.

The point of coming to Yangshuo is to be with nature, and this place is located outside of the city with superb views and rooms. I have to give a special call out to the staff, particularly Mo, who do everything in their power to help and have the upmost patience. My credit card got blocked, and the only way to resolve was to call UK landline from China which is no easy feat. Mo spent time/effort to enable this to be done from his mobile (he subscribed for external calls and had to jump through a few hoops). Without this assistance the rest of my stay in China would have been compromised.

The staff Michelle and her sister were super helpful and made my family of 5 feel so at home. We were picked up from the airport on arrival organised by the hotel. The greeted us at the door even though we arrived late. They also assisted us with washing our laundry for us without hesitation. They helped us to organise our trip to Yangshou with an experienced chauffeur. The rooms and bed were very comfortable and all my children slept well. Most importantly, they were so kind and friendly, it just made the difference!

Good breakfast everyday, Chinese or Western styles provided and also packed breakfast if we leave the hotel early for day trip. Great location, safe with other tourists too, & local restaurants few steps away. Super convenient as staff very helpful & informative. Melody helped us arrange private cars and tour guide / driver for day trips to 1) rice paddies & 2) Yangshuo cruise. 3) Suggested sightseeing places in Guilin city centre. 4) Helped us get discounted tickets for nearby caves. The Hotel,is a bit tricky to find, even the taxi driver sometimes don‘t know the adress, but: the ladies from the hotel, are so polite and helpful, they would even direct you from the moon to their hotel. Hotel is very clean and comfortable, a bit on the countryside but not too far from the city. I enjoyed my stay there, and the breakfast and the 3 charming ladies from the hotel.

The best hotel I could have ever dreamed of. Everything was perfect, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly, like no other I've ever encountered. The breakfasts were varied and incredibly delicious. Not to mention the surroundings, which exceeded my wildest expectations. Anyone who loves this kind of environment like me will feel right at home here. The most magical moment was when I checked into my room and suddenly saw rabbits staring at me from the window—an unparalleled experience. I recommend this hotel more than you can imagine.
