My fiancé and I were blown away by the TWO massive swimming pools surrounded by mountain views - we had romantic midnight swims under the stars! The location is unbeatable: just a 2-min golf cart ride to Zhangjiajie Forest Park entrance (yes, the cart waits for you!). Staff even arranged our hiking routes to avoid crowds. Breakfast noodles and freshly baked croissants were to die for. Already planning our anniversary trip back! P.S. Ask for Room 301 - best private balcony!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Its proximity to Hongqiao made it incredibly convenient for my trip, and the peaceful surroundings were a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The service here is top-notch, with the staff being very accommodating and helpful, especially when it came to assisting me with sightseeing. They not only helped with booking tickets but also arranged a private car for me to explore the area more comfortably. The bed was perfect, and I woke up feeling refreshed every morning. Additionally, the hotel is very close to the shuttle bus to Qifeng Square, which was very convenient. This hotel is highly recommended for anyone visiting the area.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude for the simply amazing service! I was greeted with such responsiveness and attention that I immediately felt very comfortable. Every detail was explained, everything was suggested, they helped literally at every step. I would like to separately note the transfer - meeting at the airport and free transfer to the city center turned out to be a huge advantage when choosing a hotel. It is really convenient and creates a feeling of care from the first minutes of your stay. The breakfast was wonderful, and the atmosphere itself was calm and quiet, which is ideal for relaxation and a complete reboot. Excellent service, a great team with whom you feel in good hands. I will be happy to recommend this hotel to everyone and really hope to come back again!

This is great a hotel! About 10min walk from the main entrance to the Avatar park. Lady at the desk helped to buy tickets to the park( it was cheaper thru her then official at the park gate. Everything worked. Our passports were the tickets) breakfast is nice, and enough to start the day. Rooms are clean. When checking out we received gifts . There is a laundry room on the top floor which was very very useful! Especially after hours of hiking! Laundry soap for free. Lady at the desk and her husband were very helpful. They even let us take a shower at lobby bathroom even though we checked out. I was very glad that we chose this hotel over others because the friendly kind atmosphere. Very good warm memories forever in my heart. Thank you!!!

The room was very good, we booked a special rate room, the staff upgraded the room for free, the toilet was very clean, and the toilet was replaced new. I have to say that the mattress is very comfortable and fits me, which allows me to have a good sleep. I have told my friends to stay here when they travel to Zhangjiajie. The location, staff, facilities and food were all fantastic. The view from the room onto Zhangjiajie National Park was breathtaking. One of the guys even dropped us to our required gate of the park when we could not get a taxi, brilliant customer service!

Overall, the entrance fees of National Park is expensive as it sold as 4 days entry . Tiemen Mt , Grand Canyon and Dragon Caves adding up are costly for family of four. Dining out in restaurants are more expensive than other city like Chong Qing , Shang hai ,etc…. The nature of both mountains are breathtaking and people are friendly.

City with very friendly people from the hotel, the Metro and the tourist places. We loved the Orange Island and the photos we took will always give us memories. The food was not any different from ours back home but it was more tasty. It was easy for us to get around using the metro and taxis.

A very unique place to be. A must visit place. We loved it even though we can’t read Chinese and speak a little only. We enjoyed our very short time there. Even in the rain it was great fun. Wear waterproof trainers when it’s rainy season as your feet will get wet and it can be slippery with the wrong footwear.

Be prepared to walk and climb plenty of steps. Thank goodness they have escalators up Tianmenshen and cable cars & lifts up and down the mountains. Take your time, enjoy the fresh air and awesome views.

Great place to be!

Great place to be! The cost of food and everything is noticeably cheaper compared to the major cities of china. High recommend it if you are a night owl, this city never sleeps and is great for grabbing a drink and late night meal. There are also alot of hidden gems up in the mountains.

The nature in national park and Tianmen mountain and Grand...

The nature in national park and Tianmen mountain and Grand canyon breath taking. The glass cliff walk and glass bridges interesting when not in clouds. People's reactions to them hilarious. Some of the hiking so relaxing and the further you go from the lifts, escalators the closer you feel to nature. Be prepared for steps, weather changes and the golden whip is valley hike that anyone can do at any age and so happy to see whole hike wheelchair accessible.

Although large population, residents are provincial. Lacks the charm of other cities. Entry into downtown area nearly impossible. Traffic unbelievable. Only one entry into main area. Left earlier than anticipated because of the nature of the city. Couldn't be bothered to see more.

The view of the river is so majestic, both during the day and the night! For women, the traditional attire rental is something everyone should try. The booking for Hanfu and Mao clothing are not available online though, but its everywhere once you are in the town.
