Our stay at this hotel was excellent. The welcome from the entire hotel team was very warm, and Dora’s attention in particular was outstanding. She explained how everything worked — including the different complimentary snacks offered at various times throughout the day. She also gave us lovely welcome gifts and more gifts when we left. My partner was celebrating a birthday during our stay and received an extra gift as well. Thank you, Dora, for your kindness and cordiality; we truly felt at home. As for the hotel itself, what can I say — elegant, refined, a beautiful place with great attention to detail. The room was very comfortable and spacious. The location is perfect and convenient, whether for strolling around the area or getting to the city’s main attractions. Breakfast is superb — it has everything and caters to all tastes. I would definitely return.

Bell tower is just opposite. Around hotel have many food to choice from. Customer service is excellent! Help us with many things even out of their normal scope which my family appreciate very much. Just book from hotel seems cheaper though.

Great value for money.Located a 20 minute walk to the Muslim quarter.Lots of great restaurants and food trucks in the vicinity.Staff very attentive and helpful,despite the language barrier-Google translate is a must.There is a Kitty caffe at the reception,kids loved the cats (under 14 years old are not allowed in).Free coffee, tea and biscuits at the bar all day round+unlimited free laundry,which is not usual in hotels.Choice of five menues for breakfast (3 Western,2 Chinese)+fruit,yoghurt,drinks,which was ok for a good start of the day. Rooms are spacious with every day room service,all is very clean.Beds are quite big for Asian standards and we slept very good.Would definitelly come again,we loved HeSu hotel - thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

The room is superb, spacious and very clean. The bathroom is exceptional. Beautiful thick curtains which block the light well (helps with a good night sleep) and the room is sound proof, nice and quiet. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, most of them speak good English.

The atmosphere was good, they were helpful with my question ( translate app) they're really close from the inner wall, I had the single room, that was price/quality pretty good, you just need to get used to the all in 1 bathroom ;D

Xian is an ancient city rich in china history.

Xian is an ancient city rich in china history. A perfect location for those interested to understand ancient china culture and history. My favourite are the Terracotta Warrior musuem, Xian musuem, Shangxi History musuem, Tang paradise, Huaching palace, mount Huashan. It is easy to get around in Xian using metro and Didi ride hailing travel.

Just check out a few hours ago and missing it already! The resort is located at a tranquil village and surrounded by a brook from the mountain. The room’s well-prepared with snacks and fresh fruits even we were arrived late at night. I was deeply enchanted by the cedar aroma brought by the incense. We had a restful sleep, and was awaken by the bird singing and the gurgle of water. Meditation on the futon while emerging into the Zen atmosphere… The minute reservation turned out to be a pleasant journey and a memorable experience. I’ll definitely recommend it!!!

Loved the Muslim Street and the numerous vendors and their wares especially those tucked in the side street which we only discovered on the second night. Weird but pleasant experience of the foot pedicure.

Xi'an - one of the oldest cities in China.

Xi'an - one of the oldest cities in China. Known as Chang'an throughout much of its history, Xi'an is one of China's Four Great Ancient Capitals, having held the position under several of the most important dynasties in Chinese history - we were impressed! The city offers many attractions worth seeing: Xi'an City Wall, Bell Tower, Drum Tower, Great Mosque of Xi'an, Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, historical museum, Xi'an City Museum, market... The famous Terracotta Army Museum is only an hour's drive away. We booked a guided tour (transportation, tickets, and guide cost around 200 EUR for a family of four) from home. A big advantage of the city is also the public bike rental. It's free for up to one hour. The city of Xi'an is very well-organized and clean. Local taxis (you can recognize them by their green color) are ridiculously cheap. The streets are full of local eateries, various shops, and stalls... The city is lively, vibrant, and the eateries and shops are open late into the night. It's also very safe - we walked around the city streets, even the more secluded ones, until late hours every day, and we weren't even a little scared. The people are very friendly and accommodating. Food in restaurants is very cheap and very tasty, as well as on the streets. We spent an average of €7-9 for lunch for 4 people, including drinks!!! If you are "wasteful", you can pay 30 EUR, for example. For those who like shopping, there are also quite a few really large shopping centers in the city (e.g. Saga Mall). The city offers everything - from cheap things to luxury products for deep pockets;-)
