We had an incredible stay. and a big part of that was thanks to the amazing front desk team. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The receptionists, Belle, Juliya, Vivi, Lily, and Joey, were all outstanding – professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. They made check-in a breeze, gave us great recommendations for things to do around town, and were always available to assist with any questions or requests we had. Their attention to detail and genuine care for guests truly made our experience memorable. Whether it was directions, extra amenities, or just a friendly chat, this team went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Thank you all for making our stay so enjoyable – we'll definitely be back!

We loved the hotel! We were looking for a comfortable place to rest while visiting Chengdú and we found the best place. The location is perfect, you can easily walk around the city center from here. The apartment was really nice, with plenty of space and beautiful views.The washmaschine with dryer was really convinient for us, after some weeks travelling through China and many more to come, doing the Laundry in such a comfortable way help us a lot! We can not be more Happy with the personal, especially with the recepcionists that arrange for us some taxis to move around the town. We would have loved to stay many more days here! We would come back and recommend anybody Grand ParcVue!

We thoroughly enjoyed the hotel's prime location and comfortable accommodations. The surrounding area provided an excellent opportunity to experience local daily life, with a wide variety of dining options available. The convenient 7-minute proximity to FUGIN metro station allowed us seamless access to all our intended destinations. We particularly appreciated the authentic Chinese breakfast offered by the hotel. The entire staff, from the front desk to housekeeping and breakfast service, consistently demonstrated genuine helpfulness and courtesy. We had a fantastic experience at Xishu Garden Inn. The Inn's team is highly professional, friendly, and very helpful. They helped us book train, museum, and theater tickets, helped us with our Alipay, gave us detailed directions to wherever we were going, and even helped us with our Chinese. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were able to do our laundry and they offered us a variety of cleaning services. The breakfasts were excellent, varied, and healthy. We'd have given them a 20, if possible. We'll definitely return next time we're in Chengdu.
