We were a group of four and booked a local tour company for private tours over five separate days. I highly recommend it, because we would otherwise not have known which neighbourhoods to explore, and we would have missed out on learning about Bogota’s interesting history. We stayed in the Parque 93 area and ate at several local Colombian restaurants there, also enjoying great Italian, Japanese, and Mexican food nearby. Getting around Bogota is easy and safe with Uber, but plan extra time for traffic, because there is always traffic! The people were so friendly.Guest review bySusan BantinCanada - 10.0

Bogota, like other places in Colombia, is steeped in cautious optimism for the future. Everywhere we saw people, representing Colombia's mix of cultures, interacting with us and each other with friendliness and creative energy. We recommend the Graffiti tour, Monserrate, and museums - Oro, Nacional & Botero. Walking around Candelaria and nearby neighborhoods is magical.
