All the facilities of the hotel were great, unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to enjoy the pool because the weather was not that good, but the gym was very nice with a great view. The room is spacious and the bed and bedsheets are top quality, amazing pillows too. Breakfast was delicious, with a good mix of local food (arepas and fruits) and regular hotel breakfast (like bread and eggs). I also had the opportunity to try the room service and the experience was also great. I highly recommend this accommodation!

Everything was absolutely great. The location is beautiful. Very quiet. The music they choose to play on the property is very calming. The food is absolutely amazing. We ordered the chicken multiple times because it was just super good. The bed is comfortable. The pool is heated which is very convenient. We joined the free yoga class that was very nice. The staff is absolutely lovely and super helpful.

We received the warmest welcome from the San Remo staff. The communication was fantastic even before arrival. Sadly, we could stay only one night, but they provided us with tons of information and help. Arriving there, you feel like Alice in the Wonderland with all the animals and beautiful nature around. Loved the amazing dinner they provided on request, the fire they set to make everybody comfortable, the ponchos they provide to feel warm...very detail is well though of and amazing.

The location is very good. The central park and the transportation terminal are in 5 minutes walking distance. The room was very clean, spacious and quiet and there was hot water. The beds were very comfy as well. Big bonus was the free water and coffee.

This place is a gem! Multi-generational house that Eduardo converted into a guest house. The place is amazing, clean, comfortable and the surroundings just beautiful. Nothing to do with an ordinary hotel where you are just a room number. Eduardo knows everyone's name and is offering a great and personalized service! We were 2 families and stayed for 3 days, the locations is perfect distance for all the activities in the area. In the evening, the kids enjoyed the pool or the spa and the massages were divine even for the kids, they loved being covered in chocolate at the end! Eduardo helped us with transportation, diners orders, reservations, recommandations and even dealt with the air company when our luggage got lost! (our Spanish is pretty basic). I know that the area has a great deal of places to stay but I wouldn't hesitate to got back again and again! Thank you for the great time and the memories Eduardo!!!

Stayed here alone for one night after a short tour of Pereira with my band and already had high expectations for this boutique hotel with private pool/jacuzzi at a great price, which were surpassed by the beautiful scenery, delicious food at their restaurant, and some of the best, friendliest staff ever, even by very high Colombian customer service standards. Cannot recommend this place enough!

We stayed here as our first stop in Colombia and were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service. The view was stunning, the room was spacious, and the food was delicious. We stayed for four days and three nights—and honestly, we wish we could’ve stayed longer! A special highlight was the massage experience with Gloria and Jeraldine. They were so good, we booked another session right away! We also joined the hotel’s tour to Cocora Valley, Salento, and Filandia. Due to Holy Week traffic, it took around two hours, but it was absolutely worth it. In Cocora, we rode horses up the mountain for COP 240,000 for two—definitely one of the best moments of our trip. Harry, our driver from the hotel, was great. The next day, we did the coffee tour at La Divisa de San Juan with an English-speaking guide, Anderson, who explained everything really well. Anderson can also go with you to Cocora and other places, if you need a tour guide in english. Just ask the hotel. Thank you Ana, Jordan, Dan, Jenny, Lady, Jorge, Jeraldine, Gloria and the head chef in the kitchen for making our stay memorable! Amazing team! 🤍

Very nice friendly city!

Very nice friendly city! Like Every city has the good and the bad areas. My favorite sports were Pinares de Sant Martin, los álamos, Cerritos Getting around Pereira is easy Going out of he city to termales Santarrosa de cabal , to Salento el Parker del cafe ( coffee park ) this places are very close to Pereira and go for long walk , and enjoy The nice green view of the mountains !!

The town center is not touristic at all and some streets...

The town center is not touristic at all and some streets feel sketchy. Only recommended to do a day trip to the thermal baths. There are also nice view points around town. Not recommended for more than 1 or maximum 2 nights.

It was very clean . It wasn’t that good with a grandma93 years old because distance but it is very good for younger people. A the last day we met a nice young man Taxi driver that lives in front , I think it is casa # 14. Very kind provided very good transportation.

The city is growing, there are good quality restaurants and nightlife, the people are friendly and there is not people honking their horns constantly like in Medellín, it has a cooler climate. Very nice.

The nature is nice reception is nice, rooms are extremely smelly to chemicals and mold, very small hardly space to move around no place to leave even small luggage, unhelpful staff, my hole family got sick from the smell they didn’t offer options, we spend the hole day trying to get an alternative finally we had to leave the hotel at midnight with no place to go. As it was impossible to sleep in the smelly room. wasted our time going there is definitely not worth the money and is a health hazard.

I have already sent a very detailed explanation about the horrors of this host and provided TEN screenshots of evidence including her harrassing and threatening messages. You only have to read them to see that I'm not exaggerating, much less lying. It would be unfair and unethical to recommend this place to anyone, knowing that the host and her police boyfriend have no regard for their hosts, much less the laws of Colombia!! Best thing is to stay in the centre or closeby, not this hell hole!!

A very progressive city with potential for businesses. Nice shopping centers and restaurants. Just the right size to get around in. An excellent animal safari park and worth going to. It has a moderate climate as it is coffee-growing country in the hills surrounding the city.

I stayed at hotel San Vicente the place is never beautiful. The Hotel needs alot of TLC no heater no hot water food is terrible not worth the stay. Day trip recommended but definitely not the stay. Nasty
