Our stay was wonderful. The hotel is located in a very central area, close to the Old Town Square and Charles Bridge. The staff was very helpful and polite, and our room was tidied up daily. Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options, and there are many good restaurants nearby. The premises were exceptionally clean, and communication regarding our late arrival was excellent.

For us the location of the hotel was excellent: the city center is quite accessible by public transport, but we lived in a real tranquility with birds singing next to the hotel almost non-stop. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent cook who was making home-made desserts and breakfasts every day. The staff really went the extra mile to satisfy our requests, including ordering non-diary milk for coffee, even though it wasn't on the regular menu. The room was spacious, had everything we needed to live and work there for the two weeks that we stayed there. The airco in the room worked perfectly, keeping the room cool (but not too cold) over several days of +30°C outside.

Great location, new hotel (renovated interior), reception staff was fantastic (good introduction to the city using a pocket map, kept the luggage for me after check-out), bar was open and welcoming (with a fantastic bar tender), automatically opening doors were great, clean and spacious room, nice bed, shower robe and slippers were a bonus, very clean showers.

Staff was super friendly. I interacted with 3 different workers throughout my stay and everyone was lovely. Room was very clean. Location couldn’t have been better for us! Was a 20 minute walk from the train station and less than a 10 minute walk into the old town square. Great experience!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. I would like to comment how pleased I was with the service provided by the staff at this wonderful hotel! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast and the table nearby the window were also great. The hotel was also within walking distance of the main tourist attractions of Prague.     Loved the Czech republic people!

    Loved the Czech republic people! Everytime we sat down for a drink or a meal, we were engaged in conversation with locals who were proud to show off their city and talk about Prague and what to see and do. We got some great tips! Prague is a very special place. I recommend reading about it’s history before going if you have the time. It is so beautiful, and it is a great experience just wandering in the Old Town, getting lost and seeing new things each time 👍😊

    These apartments are located in a lovely, not over-touristed...

    These apartments are located in a lovely, not over-touristed area of Prague. It is a wonderful place to walk, full of stunning buildings, and many wonderful local parks. The trams and underground are easily accessible. It is a beautiful part of Prague.

    Beautiful sights and reliable and efficient public transport. We really had lovely suppers in Prague. Definitely worth mentioning was Porks, just passed St Charles Bridge. Very friendly and helpful waiter.
