Let me first emphasize that this is a wonderful hotel. Anyone considering a stay should not hesitate. 1) First and foremost, the hotel is very clean. The rooms, restaurants, poolside, garden, and beach are constantly cleaned. 2) The staff are very helpful, friendly, and polite, doing everything they can to make you feel comfortable. 3) Although the hotel is crowded, there are numerous pools, activity areas, and aqua parks, making the entire place quiet and relaxing. 4) The food is delicious; it's not overly spicy, as the reviews say. You're sure to find a dish you'll love. The à la carte restaurants also offer delicious food. 5) They offer activities throughout the day, but the evening entertainment is really fun; you won't get bored. I think they're professional groups from outside. 6) The hotel has representatives from companies selling tours like safaris, Orange Bay, and diving. They politely ask if you'd like to take them without interrupting you. (We took the snorkeling and Orange Bay tour, which was excellent.) If you participate in these activities, the hotel provides meals. The hotel security guard didn't let us in without checking the driver's ID when he came to pick us up. This made us feel very safe. 7) There's a similar hotel next door, and the two sister hotels can use each other's facilities. This is a great advantage. 8) The hotel also offers late check-out. We especially thank Ghaly, who was very helpful in every way. Finally, we'd like to thank the hotel management; the happiness of the hotel staff depends on the management. We had an absolutely amazing stay at Jaz Elite Asteria! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Massauda, whose kindness and professionalism set the tone for our entire holiday. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it was always kept clean. Breakfast was plentiful and served perfectly. The hotel had a great atmosphere, mainly thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks to Ahmed Achref for his consistently pleasant service, and to Karim at the reception for his warm hospitality. The hotel's location—right in front of the cable ski lake—is unique, and the seating on the sandy shore was exceptional.
