The staff were amazing - Taha the Assistant manager was super pleasant and helpful! Our cleaner Ahmed worked so hard keeping our room spotless. The Entertainment team - wow Elena, Francisco, Remy and Tiger. What a great crewe and so lovely. Mahmoud the sandwich maker at breakfast was a gem, such a lovely guy and amazing toasted sandwiches. Yanya was a great waiter, always had a smile on his face. Thank you! The buildings are beautiful and stylish. The snorkeling in the bay is stunning.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hospitality was excellent, the staff were always friendly and helpful. The sea view from my room was stunning and made the experience even more relaxing. The service was top-notch, always attentive and professional. The food was delicious . Everything was very clean and well maintained. We loved every single part of our stay. The staff was amazing everywhere, in the reception, at the pool, restaurants everywhere but especially the lady in the reception Massaouda, she made sure we were allright all the time! She was the best to us. Such a beautiful clean hotel with so much variety of food. I am a pescatarian so even for me there was plenty of food the whole day. We would definitely come back in the future. Thanks to every person in the hotel who made our stay special!

I recently stayed at Serry Resort in Hurghada with my family, and we had an amazing experience. Everything was perfect – the staff was incredibly friendly, kind, and highly professional. A special thanks to Mr. Walid, one of the managers, who was exceptionally helpful and always available, making our stay truly memorable. Mr. Ahmed at the beach was also fantastic – very organized and kind, ensuring we had everything we needed for a relaxing day by the sea. My wife, baby, and I felt so welcomed and taken care of, from the beach to the restaurant, where the staff was always attentive. Everyone was so generous and hospitable. Our stay was wonderful, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a fantastic experience in Hurghada.

The resort is beautifully designed, they have lots of flowers and palm trees that really are taken care of. the rooms are spacious, the cleaning couldn’t be better and the staff is very attentive if you tip. The food was delicious and a lot of variety, even at breakfast time. Every evening they have a different specific cuisine so you can’t get bored. we also tried both of the restaurants: vista mare and the fish restaurant and both were delicious. I can’t understand how people can complain about the food, as we read online in Egypt you can really have problems with the food but here it’s not the case. As for the animation, the animation team is fun, we participated almost in every activity and we really enjoyed it. The resort also has a jogging trail that we ran every day. We will definitely come again here because we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Cleopatra & thank you to all the people that made our stay feel so pleasant. Hakuna matata!

I give my strong 10 to this hotel. Have been to many hotels in Egypt, but this one is the best. Food was great, good choice at buffet as well as many ala carte restaurants. Beach is fantastic, good sunbeds and big umbrellas. Towel center opens very early and closes very late for those who like to stay longer on the beach or come at 7 in the morning. People working here are very nice. We had a room at building 16, close to everything. Children liked aquapark. Animation team doing their best. So we would like to thank you for a nice vacation and I definitely recommend this hotel for everyone.

Very kind staff and animators. The main attraction of the hotel is the sea lagoon and the coral reef right next to the beach. I liked the architecture of the hotel, although it is large, you can always find a place both on the beach and the pool or in the restaurant.

The Alaya hotel guests has a private beach area at Coraya bay, my husband and I were given a lift there by a golf cart. Alaya staff greeted us at the beach area ,attending to our needs. providing beach chairs, umbrella and bar service . The swimming are is great, water is clean and warm. Snorkeling and scuba diving is available. I did snorkel and it was a great experience.

Our stay at Porto Ghalib was truly enjoyable. The location is beautiful with direct access to the marina and a stunning beach. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food offered a good variety every day. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The snorkeling experience was amazing we even saw sea turtles, which made our trip unforgettable. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely come back again.

Qusair is a beautiful small town that deserves two days. One day is too short and three days is too long. The sea view is remarkable and the ruins of the Phosphate factory is a dreamy site that deserves about 3 hours of your time.

I love Marsa Alam and Abu Dabab most, as far as the Red Sea...

I love Marsa Alam and Abu Dabab most, as far as the Red Sea goes. My favourite place of all time is the Concorde Moreen Hotel, with the Hilton coming a strong second. We only ate at the hotels, because our time was limited. I used the taxi service offered online by Booking.com, which I found to be very efficient and reasonable. But I am also a seasoned traveller in Egypt and do not find it difficult to negotiate with taxi drivers. (It can be very useful to ask Chat GPT first what an average trip should cost you, if you are unsure, and then use that as a guideline for your negotiations.) It's an amazing experience to go out on a boat, but picking the right one can make the difference. The sea was beautiful.

The sea was beautiful. Unfortunately strong winds kept me from going into the sea. We stayed mostly in the lagoons. There was no access to sea from the beach, only from the pier. The life guards were good and attentive.

Very nice and friendly locals!

Very nice and friendly locals! Not many tourists, no aggressive salesmen. The city is not rich, so expect some garbage lying around. Prices are generally very low, not adjusted for tourists (except at nearby hotels). We found only a few restaurants, but many fastfood places.

Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,...

Beach area we were in wasn't the greatest,no swimming area ,too shallow and rocky not sandy.Took quad ride out in desert was fun.Lots of fish to see on reefs,water very clean.marss Mubarak has resident dugong and turtles but didn't see the dugong on our visit.Overall nice place ,a bit on the windy side but nice relief from heat.

We visit the big shopping mall, was really good for shopping the only thing that was not good for us is that people are allow to smoke inside and the smell was not nice. The marina was really nice to walk and to have lunch, I think at night would be amazing.
